The hotel lobby is situated on the 3rd floor of a building complex. It is clear that the hotel interior had been newly renovated. The room we booked was said to be 28m2 but felt smaller than that. The toilet show cubicle is poorly situated as half of the space is taken by an external riser, the interior space is less than 28m2 for sure. The open plan of the toilet is closed by sliding doors and the entry to the cubicle is almost impossible without opening the sliding doors.
We had delivery of online purchases that did not reach our hands despite vendors confirming hotel receiving them. It was only after 3 days of checking with 3 different front desk staff that we got the missing packages. Best service award to Ms. Huang Jing. The others just provided lip service.
That said, the plus points of the hotel :
1) Clean
2) Comfortable beds
3) Healthy breakfast spread of western and Chinese options.
