ホテルからの返信: 不快な思いをさせてしまい、誠に申し訳ございません。皆様のフィードバックを重視し、現在検証と改善作業を並行して行っております。まず、アパートの立地と交通の利便性についてです。アパートは北京路歩行者街の中心エリアに位置しています。 Amapに記載されている住所は「北京路238号」です。地下鉄6号線北京路駅B出口からわずか320メートル、徒歩約4分でアクセスできます。タクシーをご利用の場合は、直接階下へ降りることもできます。次に、エレベーターの利用についてです。建物には 7 台のエレベーターがあり、そのうち 4 台は東ロビー行き、3 台は北京路行きです。移動方向に応じてエレベーターを選択できます。しかし、チェックイン日は週末であり、北京路エリアには多くの人が集まっています。ピーク時にはエレベーターの待ち時間が若干長くなる場合があります。ご理解のほどよろしくお願いいたします。最後に、部屋の設備について。ご予約いただいたデュプレックス ツインルームは、1 階にトイレとバスルーム、2 階に静かで快適な寝室エリアを備えています。弊社のエンジニアが慎重に点検した結果、室内のソケットはすべて正常に使用できることが確認されました。当アパートメントは2024年から客室の改装とアップグレードを行っています。お客様のご期待に沿えない客室での滞在であった場合、別の客室に変更することも可能です。しかし、残念ながら、当社の関連規制により、お客様の払い戻しのご要望にお応えすることはできません。改めて心よりお詫び申し上げます！
