Amazing experience at this hotel. I would highly recommend it! I will definitely be back. Our server, Joni was extremely attentive and very nice. He made the experience for us so much better! The views were immaculate, the food was delicious, and the staff were very friendly.

This is an incredible hotel. The food is exquisite, the staff amazing and the pool location and music vibe could be a Mediterranean island. I could not rare this hotel high enough and would recommend it to anyone. Reception, room service, general vibe - just amazing

We had lunch at pismo and yoni our server (yoni) was amazing and on point with everything and point. The food and the resturant was clean and perfectly located. A great place to getaway from all the noise to find some peace and quiet. I surely would recommend the property.

Phenomenal food, ambiance, views, and service from Yoni. So glad we are staying in the hotel to come back a few days…6 months old, tried mostly appetizers because all of them looked too good, but they are all decent sized portions, high quality foods. Will be back for dinner, and tomorrow.

Beautiful hotel, great view, amazing staff, delicious food. I absolutely recommend and will be coming back. Maria the concierge is extremely helpful and the whole staff was great.

My review is about the restaurant. I did not stay there and after visiting the restaurant, I am glad I did not. Worst food ever. I went there with family, 7 people, and only 1 was able to barely make it half way through her dish. The rest either returned their plates or just did not eat. The meat and ribs were really hard and flavor was nothing special, the pasta was not cooked well, the flavor of the pork chop was awful, accompanying dishes had too much garlic, mashed potatoes was watery. The whole experience was not worth the price. It was a complete waste of money

Yony took great care to recommend our cocktails, enquiring what we liked/disliked. His English is excellent and he was very friendly and professional. He explained the dinner menu and the food was excellent. The view over the pool and the restaurant vibe was beautiful. We have really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend . Thsnk you Yony and the Charles team.

Excellent service, I would be back for sure, our waitress Maria was awesome. We really recommend it. If you are looking for a beautiful place, peaceful, relaxing and great customer service please come over here we have a amazing time. I was with my cousin celebrating her birthday and I planning coming back with my family from California.
