素晴らしいホテルです。フレンドリーなスタッフは期待以上のサービスを提供してくれます！ 部屋の質はまずまずでしたが、いくつか不満がありました。ベッドシーツには最初は小さなシミと髪の毛がいくつかありました。木製の引き戸が完全に閉まらず、早朝に日差しが入ってきました。階下の部屋は鍵付きのドアで繋がっており（家族連れで予約した場合と思われます）、隣の部屋の音が聞こえやすいです。 レストランの料理はまずまずでしたが、質の割に少し値段が高す​​ぎました。 全体的には悪くない滞在でしたが、少し値段が高す​​ぎました。

とても素敵なホテルです！ プールとスチームルームでリラックスしたかったので、宿泊を予約しました。サービスは素晴らしく、いつでも必要なものがすべて揃っていました。プールは午前8時から午後8時までオープンしているので、たっぷりと利用できました。それほど混雑していませんでした。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、バーフードも豊富で、美味しいものを選ぶのに迷うほどです。レストランは素敵な内装で、予約もスムーズでした。本当に訪れる価値があります。

静かなエリアがお好みなら、最高のロケーションです。公共交通機関も充実しており、ギルフォード中心部まで徒歩6分、そこからロンドンまで電車で40分です。

ロイヤルサリー病院の近くなので立地は最高です。ただ、カスタマーサービスは良くありません。

Nice and clean the place is. Pretty convenience to head to Surrey University. 30 mins walk to Guildford. The breakfast is nice too.

Good and clean hotel but better to have a car as it's not the most convenient of locations. Service of front desk staff is very good. A little disappointed with the lack of a strong shower (This is more my own expectation that main attributes of Holiday Inns having strong shower and good internet) though I do not hold that against the hotel since the shower is acceptable and internet is very good. Will stay there again but will not be my first choice for that city.

Hotel room is clean and spacious but the decor is dated and basic. Location is good with a car but not in the city Center

Kept bumping into facilities issues. First the toilet flush broke and I got swapped into a different room. Then the new room was missing a fridge and nobody came to equip one on request. Overall, the service level was just barely adequate.

We arrived early however the receptionist was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early, we had booked a twin room as we couldn't see a double room available however the lady changed us to a double room with such ease. Hotel is very clean, room was a very good size and we even saw Deer outside our room in the morning. We used the pool area, the staff were very attentive even lending us a pound coin so we could use the lockers. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

The staff is very kindness. The breakfast is very yammy. We like this Holliday Inn very much.

Not providing sleepers, small fridge and toothbrushes in a room. Restaurant food, drinks and breakfast are good.
