I love this hotel! It was the 2nd time i stayed. The hotel is clean, breakfast is good, and the staff is extremely hospitable.

Arrived at the property at 3:55 PM to check in. No one was at the desk to check us in. Finally at 4:25 PM a man walked up to check us in. When I asked him why it took so long to check us in he pointed to a sign saying they are short of staff and we should be patient. A half hour with no one at the front desk is well beyond patient. His attitude pretty well demonstrated that customer service is not important to the Fairfield.

Facility is fairly new, and is very clean. I encountered no difficulties during my stay.

My husband and I travel to Maryland frequently from GA and this was our first trip up with our baby. We decided to stop halfway and chose this hotel. There were many options to choose from, however, I opted for a slightly more expensive stay to ensure that we wouldn't have any issues and would have a pleasant stay after a long journey with a crying baby. We arrive around 11pm and left early in the AM, so we didn't get to stay long. With that said, all I was looking for from this hotel was a hot shower and a comfy place to sleep. Unfortunately, there was no hot water during the time we were there which is precisely the kind of issue we were trying to avoid by staying at a slightly nicer hotel. I don't usually like to complain about these types of things, but it was an unpleasant surprise for us weary travelers. I assume that this isn't a persistent issue, so hopefully others don't face the same problem. Other than that, the hotel was clean and staff was friendly.

The hot water didn’t work the entire time of my stay. The maintenance guy was in SC, and didn’t show up until today, and said the pipe needed to be replaced. It’s the fact it took him 3 days, is unacceptable!! We had to use a family member’s house to shower! And the other hotels were sold out due to the holiday!

My overall experience with the property was very nice. The rooms were clean! My only problem was it was hard getting in touch with the front desk. It was very frustrating not being able to get anyone on the phone at anytime of day. Even once I was checked in and calling from the room, I was not able to get an answer. This may not mean anything to others, but if I’m staying on the property, I need to be able to reach someone at least Most times.

Staff super friendly and helpful. Just opened a few months ago. Rooms large and comfortable. Close to interstate. Awesome!

The front desk clerk was very friendly. I would highly recommend the hotel! The only complaint I had was the breakfast which was subpar
