I was grateful the pool was back in service the day I checked in on 27 May 2022, but the hotel was undergoing major maintenance and only one elevator was functional for the entire building. The cleaning crew was inadequate for the number of guests, so the three days I was with my family, no cleaning service was provided. I had to ask to replace towels. The clerks at the service desks always responded to my requests but seemed annoyed anytime I asked for anything. The food for breakfast was good but no juice was available for the entire 3 day stay. There is no place to eat breakfast in the breakfast area and the room had no table to eat meals off. My family had to eat over the bed which did not work out so well.
