Our stay at the M Grand hotel was nothing short of fabulous. From the friendly staff to the super comfortable rooms, everything was perfect. The breakfast and dinner buffet had a wide spread. And of course a special mention to Mr. Mustafa, the owner who made us feel at home. He’s always there at the property ready to help out guests. I would highly recommend this place for a great stay and away from all the noise.

Very pleasant stay,had an amazing experience,entire staff was awesome including front desk,restaurant as well as wallet and gate keeper,food was too good.Ample parking space but the best part of the stay was meeting the owner of the hotel,great man,always cheerful and ready to help,the location of the hotel was also great,loved our stay 👌👌

Excellent location, Great Hotel 5 star experience. Food , room and amenities are best as you expect from ITC group of hotels. Specially to mention about the owner who has already become like our family friend during the stay, guiding us about local sightseeing and give us keys of his personal vehicle to explore Srinagar. I came here. I liked it very much. The hospitality of the staff here is very good. Everyone's smiling face is good. Everyone's behaviour,service is very good. Especially Ovais khan,Khushboo Gull ,Inshah, Harpreet and Mehraj are too good. Everything feels like home under their management. come here Enjoy the true love of heavenly feeling. We were impressed by the good manners and service of the staff here. The behavior of every staff in the restaurant is very good. The service of housekeeping department is comparatively very good. The housekeeping manager Sabreena takes care of everything efficiently. Mudasir hardeep dilhair from housekeeping department must be named separately. Staying here means a home feeling.

This hotel flips your judgement as time passes and your stay concludes. The hotel is located decently close to the airport not too far. The approach road is good and the area feels quite safe if that is of any concern to anyone. The lobby seems pretty well done. So the hotel is not too big if that's what you want. The rooms are pretty standard no locker decent bathrooms. I wish the rooms were a little bigger. The breakfast spread seems very less but on order dishes in breakfast are plenty. Rooms are similar to any 4 star business hotels and make up for a comfortable stay but a bit smaller in size, so an extra bed might be an issue. Now coming to the hospitality. Uff it takes nothing than smiling and caring staff to make a good trip great. The staff is so so so polite , helping attentive and caring that you feel you are in one of the best hotels around. Their manager on duty / semi owner (maybe) is someone who's on his feet all day. Wether you are checking in , eating dinner, at the lobby or back from your sightseeing , if he crosses you he will greet you with folded hands and I mist appreciate this simply make you feel so special. All the staff would make sure you have the best stay . There might be hotels better there might be hotels worse but if you want a good stay with nothing should go wrong plan go for this hotel. Trust me

As it was our first trip to kashmir we had lot of things in mind. We want our first trip to be as good as possible. So i booked this Hotel online at best rate. We had a very good and aswm stay at the Hotel. The room in which we stayed had very confortable bed, clean washroom, and most important very high quality of bath and room amenities. The best thing here is the quality and varity of food. Indian, Kashmiri food, etc. The F&B mangaer Mr. Faizan was always there for us he make sure we get fresh food and quick service. He was always there form Morning till dinner. Also provied us lot of informatiom about place we should visits etc. The best person we met. Also want to thanks the whole restaurant team they provied the best quality of servic. Remember few name Meenu,Insha Alyas, Sumair. The Hosuekeeping team also helped us in our confortable stay. Our all the all the staff at the hotel is best we thank to all the hotel staff. The best thing about this hotel is it is very close to the airport. We loved our stay here.... The only things we miss is the pool and spa.
