Staff was friendly. However, the room was not clean. The door handle was broken. Flies were at the ceiling of the bathroom. I found also a spider in my bathroom. The bad plug was missing, water was spreading all over the floor due to broken plumbing. The extractor fan of the barbecue at the restaurant seems not to have been cleaned for a long time, oil and other mess are widespread all around the barbecue ceiling. The shower at the pool has no hot water and spreads only cold water.

Stayed at Jasmin Beach in May, special mention and thanks to Veysel for his help with my gluten allergy at every meal he would walk around food counters asking chefs questions for me. They also have gluten free bread. We always found something to eat and found the food very nice. Turkish night the best. Ann and Kim in guest relations are so helpful even before our arrival with queries. Big shout out to them. Emin in spa lovely man very helpful, great reflexology massage by the spa girls worth a visit. Free beach beds and towels, bottles water was a great treat. Thank you we had a good stay.

I spend wonderful 7days with my family in jasmine beach hotel great food lovely staff and everyone should wisit tarase restaurant i realy enjoy all Holliday my kisses for all amazing people who work there ("sugar " very good very nice 🙂😉🤝🤗🥂)

We have just got back from a 10 nights stay at this hotel, location is perfect , beach is a 2 minute walk . Gumbet town centre is a 10 minute walk which has an abundance of shops, bars and restaurants. We found the hotel clean and the rooms a good size, food was of high standard, always found something to eat at every meal time. Staff were amazing very polite and couldn't do enough for you . The guest relations lady was very helpful too, said we should visit Gumusluk , we took the local bus and did just that, omg what a stunning place. We ate out in the evening a couple of times at The Mistral Bay Steak House on the beach , food was delicious. Would defo go back to this hotel.

We had the best meals (x2)ever in the terrace restaurant. Necat (the chef) couldn’t have been more attentive. All staff were excellent especially Suka who keeps everyone amused. Highly recommended a visit to the Jasmin beach hotel terrace restaurant..

A great place for those looking for peace The hotel is located in a very beautiful location, but also Service facilities restaurant very good ,the Terrace restaurant the best ,amazing food the best view and the food is something what I can't describe in words.”a peaceful, relaxing, refreshing facility that refreshes people and soul. No noise, no other noise, just peace. I highly recommend it.

Loved our stay at jasmin beach , the staff are amazing , special shout out to Echo who went and got my daughter pills to settle her tummy after a boat trip , also a lovely guy, Efe , Muhammad , Emin and sugar. All staff were nice but these 5 were funny , kind and made us feel like part of their team xx gumbet isn’t the best place to visit but bodrum which is 5 mins away in a taxi is beautiful , I would definitely recommend and would definitely go again. Boat trip was also amazing, definitely worth it x

Spent a week at the jasmin beach hotel this is our 2nd visit here can't say much for the hotel with things we went through but as for the top terrace food is amazing staff are amazing nec is just the best missing his soup already great hospitality very welcoming as always the guys that do photography amazing people coudnt ask for better pictures thankyou for then and the entertainment staff yous were brilliant
