If you are looking to book a holiday in Turkey, look no further than Paloma Pasha in Ozdere. Kadir Arslan & Sou Sou Selvi at Guest Relations are wonderful people & will help you in any way they can to make your stay perfect Food is varied in the main restaurant, plentiful and delicious. Also, 4 other A la Carte restaurants, which you can book. All staff are friendly & obliging. Our waiter, every year, is Fatih. Always happy to see us as we are him. The grounds and swimming pool are kept clean and tidy at all times. Lovely private beach. There is also a "Silent Pier ", if you just want to get away with your book. It does have a well stocked bar . My husband and I return every year, and we are treated as family & friends with everyone. We have already booked for 2024 and will continue to return for as long as we can I have written a post on Paloma Pasha Resort page, which has more detailed information and pictures.

This is my first time coming here. When we entered the hotel, it was fantastic. There was refreshing air conditioning, and the architecture screamed 5 stars. The staff were v/ kind as we got our rooms (which only took 10 mins!). The rooms were excellent, clean and cool. AC worked great, and everything was fine. Wi-Fi was good too. The main area of the hotel, the pool area was excellent too. Lots of little things and activities to keep kids entertained (incl. waterslides!). Again, staff very kind, and there were lots of snack bars. The beach & pier was stunningly beautiful. There were restaurants and snack places dotted around the interior of the hotel. There is a game area too, with Halo, and FIFA for the PS4 and Xbox. The food was pretty good as wel, but if there is one thing I had to say that is negative l, it is that there was less variety then I expected, however, the quality and taste was fantastic. Really good. Only issue? There was not much to do outside of the hotel, and the actual was nothing special. But that’s fine.

Turhan abi is the best and also the animation crew is really funny. The Food is also really good and the drinks are the best, especially padsionista!!! The rooms are everyday cleaned and the hamam is also really really good. I enjoyned this hotel really much!!

What can I say, we arrived July 22nd for 2 weeks. Arrived late at night due to flight delays. First impressions were great, bedrooms are spotlessly clean and spacious. The hotel and all staff are superb. We have had an amazing 2 weeks and really don’t want to leave.

The good parts: The team work amazingly hard day and night and nothing is too much trouble Clean hotel Great rooms Great pool They have a carnival day on a Friday which was fun Sunbeds always available no matter what time of day The food is fantastic in all restaurants and there is something for everyone and it's delicious The not so good points I was a female solo traveller and I have gone to several destinations alone, but at the hotel I have never been asked so many times "are you alone?" Yes followed by "no family?" No followed by "no husband?" No then "no boyfriend?" No I am here on my own, it did upset me in the end And don't give anyone your IG details! Normally when I have been away people are very social however here I found people very much kept themselves to themselves therefore other than the staff I hardly spoke to anyone for a weekmore children here than I anticipated Facts There are a lot of cats, I love them but sometimes they can be a pest There is nothing to do in Ozdere The spa treatments are expensive Shout Outs Faith in the main restaurant Emir main restaurant Efe in piano bar Who were always cheerful chatty and funny Great hotel but personally I will not return

This is a comfortable hotel with friendly, charming and efficient staff, but it isn't a five star hotel. The towels are thin and flimsy, the cupboard doors bang when you shut them, the tap clangs against the basin every time it is used and the flushing of the next door lavatory is all too audible. Why is there an enormous window between the bedroom and the bathroom? Even with the venetian blind fully closed, you can see through to the toilet. The pool and beach areas are nice although the pool loungers are not very comfortable - the towels are better here though. The food is mostly fine: a good variety of fresh salads, although some of the hot dishes were better than others. The breakfast omelettes were delicious. We tried the Mediterranean restaurant one night: it was so dark we needed a torch to read the menu and couldn't see what we were eating. I quite agree with previous comments about the cats - I saw some restaurant staff encouraging them. Not everyone appreciates having to do everything via the app. We enjoyed the piano playing in the bar.

Where to start this hotel and staff are amazing. We was booked in for two weeks and had our wedding there and we had 30 family & friends came with us and not one bad word from any of them. The food was good and plenty of it, the different choices of restaurants were all excellent and the bar staff knew how to make amazing cocktails and the drinks were all perfect. Our wedding was great from start to finish and Susu and her team are amazing they pulled out all the stops to make our day so special and it far outlived our expectations. We will definitely return in the near future.

So many cats (Feral too)!!! Fighting, Jumping on your table while eating or on you, eating off your plate when your away from table for main or dessert (Ended up having to go separately to watch food and table) not there , should be called Paloma Cats Hotel there was that many. Even the staff wouldn't shoo them away even when jumping of food trollies. This will have been my 3rd or 4th visit, probably my last for that reason. Staff a few good ones, service wasn't 5 star, more 3* nowadays. Also Ran out of Dark Rum too. Now for the positives ＞ Great beach, good food, nice choice of restaurants in addition to main hall all inc option (Steak House was great "Chargeable"). Evening Entertainment was good, some good acts on in Amphitheatre, Mini water park, lovely views from main outdoor bar. Animation team are fab ladies, very helpful and fun too. Outdoor bar with music is a good laugh (Although if you're in that side of the hotel, you won't be going to sleep early ends 12am every night) Was better when they had the nightclub. Snorkelling is decent enough, you can swim right through the fish, etc. Dragon flies are pretty cool around the pool. You have to ask for premium beers/spirits or you get local plonk. e.g. Becks, Absolute Vodka, etc TUI Rep Amber (Waste of Space, time and effort even speaking to, so disinterested.) Pointless walking in to town, nothing there but you don't go to this hotel for that. Like I say, that was my 3rd or 4th time, it is a great hotel bar the feral cats that spoilt it because it was relentless. I don't mind cats, but not when you pay for a holiday and they are all over your food at breakfast, lunch and dinner. I has been better before, sorry but due to the cost, service 80% of time being not 5* and guess what.... CATS. i've had to rate this trip poor. Previous stays 100% were excellent, it did have cats before too but nowhere near as many. Shared a few photos to sum it up. Excellent hotel and facilities in a beautiful location. Amazing friendly and helpful staff. Extra large pool, blue flag beach and towels provided. Rooms exquisite and cleaning staff friendly and attentive adding personal touches. Excellent food selection. Amazing 14night stay and will return
