Club Cactus Paradise

Very good stay at Cactus Paradise! Good animations, team at the top. The rooms are very clean and well appointed. The restaurant is great. We ate very very very well during this stay. Thank you Emre Can and Bülent!

Everything good animation was amazing. It's next to the beach. it's close to the night Market, everybody so friendly, good service BUT too many flys.... if you happy to share your breakfast lunch and dinner with flys(sharing is caring) we will go back next year if there is no flys

There are more positives than negatives with our stay The Hotel is well maintained and clean the pool area beach and grounds immaculate The staff are responsive helpful and motivated. Food offering was good but would like to have seen an offering of Gluten free bread and other allergen alternatives The entertainment was mediocre repetitive with no imagination the aqua aerobics needs looking at as in comparison to other I have experienced it offered no challenge But all in all would recommend

Lovely location if you’re looking for somewhere quiet for a family get away. Place is very safe with a nice atmosphere. Security 24/7. You can feel the moral between staff members. Rooms were kept clean and tidy. Only complaints would be the lack of description on food, I didn’t know what I was looking at nor the ingredients inside the food, which is quite dangerous for people with allergies, due to the lack of english spoke by staff/chefs, there was no use asking as they didn’t understand. The wifi is terrible, it does not work in rooms, it only works in certain areas down stairs such as lobby and pool but even at that it’s still very slow. The entertainment was mediocre at best. The aqua gym was terrible compared to other hotel stays. Music by pool is a tad bit too loud, so you feel like you have to shout as you speak. Despite these complaints, it is definitely a place to come to for a family holiday. Very child orientated. Gorgeous gorgeous beach, which isn’t too busy so you can relax in peace.

Hussein, Fabio and Emre Can were very accommodating and friendly. I love the vibes in this Hotel. Our rooms were upgraded to seaview because of my birthday week. Hamam and Balinese massage were awesome. My wife had her hair colored in the hotel. All inclusive food was very delicious. Loving the Turkish vibes here in this hotel. Enjoyed entertainment everyday because of the Anomation team! Shout out to them! They are extending extra service or extra mile. Salut to all staffs! Very nice place! Check in as soon as possible. Very affordable!

We went to the hotel and at first everything was great The rooms are clean and the receptionists are very friendly But after that everything became completely inappropriate There is an activist from the animation team named Susie every day who asks us to take alcohol from the bar and give it to her.. This is not the problem, but she talks to my husband in a strange way She want to go to the beach with him at night And many other things... What is this Where did you find these people to work in tourism? They should stop working for this category of personels Becarful for your husband for this girl she come there just for...and alcool not for work I will check if she still work there she need to get punishment Becarful one more time
