ケトルが故障していました。エアコンもちゃんと動かず、リモコンも使えませんでした。フライパンはとてもひどい状態で、全く使えませんでした。チェックイン後すぐにこれらの問題を報告しましたが、チェックアウトまで何も改善されませんでした。

部屋にゴキブリがいました。フロントに報告したところ、防虫スプレーを持ってきてくれる人がいましたが、誰も来ませんでした。衛生上の理由から部屋の変更をお願いしていたにもかかわらず、変更させてくれませんでした。解決策も提示されませんでした。ひどい部屋にお金を無駄にしてしまったのに、スタッフは客のことを全く考えていません。メイドが私の洗面用具を汚してしまったのに、何もしてくれませんでした。本当にひどいので、お勧めしません。

このホテルには複数のアパートの建物があり、私が割り当てられた部屋は最も立地の悪い建物でした。管理者は熱心そうに見えましたが、実際のサービスは悪かったです。チェックアウトの前夜、翌朝桟橋までのタクシーをフロントで予約しましたが、フロントの人は問題ないと言っていました。しかし翌朝、フロントのスタッフが変わってしまい、時間になっても迎えに来るタクシーがありませんでした。自分で解決する別の方法を見つけるしかありません。

掛け布団カバーはなく、シーツと薄い毛布のみです。 wf信号も不安定です。

スタッフは素晴らしく、本当にフレンドリーで親切でした。部屋は清潔で素敵でした。

The hotel place was perfect. The workers were also very friendly and helpful. However there were people staying in the same hotel that start screaming at midnight and during the day. Also the pictures posted online are not the one from the place where I stayed I later found there were different buildings with the same name. The room that i got has a toilet flush handle broken and it has a bad smell like the smell of mold even if i open the window it doesn't disappear . Moreover everyday at 6 AM I heard a lot of noice it seems like someone start cleaning at that early hour.

The view is very nice , room clean and good.

Good place to stay, nothing exceptional but in a very good strategic location. I didn’t paid a lot so 5 star just for that. It could be a bit renovated but nothing to complaint. Thanks

Everything is very good. Just shower water very small and nit very hot.  This hotel has in room kitchen which is very nice.

Amazing staff, the maids even washed the dishes! Room very clean, well equiped. No downsides. Definetly will comeback :)
