酒店很不錯，房間大小適合一家三口，可以自己煮東西吃，旁邊就有超市可以採購，吃飯也方便，早餐比較簡陋，可以忽略，停車免費，停車場很大很方便！離Amherst College10分鐘車程

非常適合多人家庭出行，相當於3個標間做了2室一廳2衞

住了一週染上了bed bugs！衞生條件嚴重有待提高

Staff were attentive, friendly and accommodating. My studio room was spacious and clean. Views and nearby shops a real plus. This is the place to stay in Hadley. I was close to Colleges, supermarkets and restaurants. Easy area to navigate by car.

My boys (ages 13 & 11) stayed here for 5 days while attending a hockey camp at UMass. We really enjoyed our stay here. Parking is free and there are a number of stores and restaurants within walking distance (including Aldi, Starbucks, Chipotle, and a couple local restaurants). Staff were very helpful! They were able to get me change for laundry and when the battery to our room lock died and we were in a rush to get the hockey gear out of our room, they had maintenance up to our room within minutes. Life saver! Beds were comfortable and our room was huge! We had a suite with kitchen, two queens, and a pull out sofa bed, so we each had our own bed. A couple things we weren't fond of: 1. No hot tub and 2 the bathroom sink is separate from the shower and toilet. While this is great during the day, it sucks to have to turn the light on to get ready when others are trying to sleep. Not much the hotel can do about that though without renovations. I would like to have seen more variety at breakfast. It got repetitive after 5 days and I wish the house keeping staff would have left new sheets and blankets for the sofa bed each time they took it down to clean. Clearly, we were using it. Yet, whenever they came by they took it down but didn't leave sheets. I would have to call it stop by the front desk each time to ask for stuff. This seemed weird to me. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it for anyone staying in the UMass area. Campus is only about 5mins away!

We were here to visit Amherst College. The hotel is only 7 minutes away from the campus. We arrived at the hotel very late, and the person at the front desk was not friendly. She seemed like she hated her job. We are diamond members, so I asked if we could have a late check-out. She said to ask at 9 am in the morning, but we had to leave at 8:30 am for our appointment. At the end, she made it sound like she was doing us a big favor by giving us one hour. I didn't want to argue with her, so I accepted it, but it wasn't useful for us at all, so we ended up checking out at 8:30 am when we left. We understand that we can't always get late check-out if the hotel is fully booked, but I think her tone and attitude could be improved. Other than the customer service, the room is clean, but the sofa in our room is broken, making it very uncomfortable to sit on. There are 6 EV charging, but only 2 are working .

I wish every hotel was like this hotel!!! I travel extensively for work. This is my absolute favorite hotel to stay at. The staff is amazing so supportive, welcoming, and kind. The facility is pristine with a great workout room, including a Peloton freeways, ellipticals, and such. There’s a beautiful outdoor space with grills, as well as kitchenette and each room so you don’t have to constantly eatout on the go. The staff always goes out of their way to help you and to make you feel welcome . In addition, the location can’t be beat. There areRestaurants, grocery stores, Walmart, shopping all within walking distance. I have stayed here numerous times before, and it will continue to be my go to when I’m in this area.

The hotel was located perfectly on the main strip but was very quiet and relaxing. It is across the street from Walmart and quite a few shopping stores. Restaurants are very close by. Texas Roadhouse is two minutes drive up the street. The room was very cozy and provided everything you need for the stay. Nice living room space and full kitchen. Breakfast was very good. A few added items other than the basic continental. The pastry were very fresh. We not use the pool or exercise room but they were both nice. The pool isn’t a very large one.

Hotel was very clean, rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Room has a kitchen area if you want to cook or warm up food. Breakfast was included . Washing machines and dryers available at a small cost. Gym and indoor pool . The staff were super friendly. Laidiny the young lady who worked at the front desk was amazing, very helpful and friendly. She was the first person that I interacted with at the hotel and she made our stay.

Our son attends Amherst College and the Homewood Suites Hadley has become our preferred home-away-from home when visiting the area. We’ve even had our son stay with us at the hotel when recuperating from knee surgery. The hotel is newer and always immaculate with a spacious lobby and breakfast/meeting area. Workout room and pool are great as well. The staff is friendly, responsive and professional. The rooms are quite large and well furnished and the room pricing is very competitive. Our favorite place to stay!

This feels like a fairly new hotel - the lobby and our room were immaculate, spacious, with attractive artwork and furnishings. The location is quiet but very conveniently located. The front desk personnel were helpful and professional. An extensive listing of local restaurants was provided. And the breakfast, included in the rate, was terrific -really good fresh fruit, eggs, sausages, muffins…. Overall, a most pleasant stay.

We booked with a phone representative (no doubt oversees, but you can't talk to anyone at the actual front desk these days) and told him we were bringing our small dog. The quote he emailed us noted that we'd have a pet but did not list any extra fee. Then upon checkout we noticed an added $75 pet fee. Hilton should figure out how to program in any location-specific add-on fees to their booking site, not allow their franchises to do whatever they want later. There were also passive-aggressive signs on the exterior doors saying something like "Be sure to register your pet, but even if you don't your pet will leave their traces and we'll charge you anyway." So, in all, we did not feel particularly welcome. On the plus side, the room was huge and very clean.
