良いレビューをしたいと思います！最初は遠い部屋を用意してくれましたが、その後ロビーに近い部屋に変更してほしいとお願いしたところ、6号館の部屋でフロントがドアを開けるまで待っていてくださいと言われました。来て、隣の部屋のカードキーを持っていると言いました。大丈夫ですと言って引っ越しました。カビ臭が強すぎて、部屋はとても暗かったです。洗面台は写真の通りでした。初めてでした。洗面台まで黄色くなったこんなホテルに泊まった時は、次の日の夜明け前に出発しようと思ってたけど、飛行機に乗らなきゃいけなかったので我慢しました。海南に来てもう半月以上経ちますが、 「私の赤ちゃんは夜もよく眠っています。昨夜はずっと音を立てていました。泣いたりうめいたりして怖いと言いました。抱っこしなければなりませんでした。真夜中に、赤ちゃんは血のような跡を見つけました。」枕の下にシーツが敷かれていました。死ぬほど怖かったです。夫に小さなベッドを一緒にシェアするように頼みました。一晩中どこにいても本当に不快でした。夫と私は基本的に一晩中眠れませんでした。午前中の飛行機に乗らなければならなかったので、夜明け前に出発しましたが、写真を撮る勇気はありませんでした。シーツは一度も交換されなかったのか、それともまだ汚れていたのに、あなたはまだシーツを持ち出していたのかわかりません。とにかく死ぬほど怖かったです、本当に大変な夜でした！ところで、夜中の2時半に男性がドアをノックし、呼び鈴を鳴らして、食べ物を届けると言ったのですか？ ? ? ? ?ホテル全体の雰囲気は最悪です、評価は見ていませんでしたが、空港から近いし評価は大丈夫なのでしょうか？子連れの人が本当に出て行くよう説得されたら、女性もここを考慮すべきではありません。

庭園は本当に美しいのですが、管理とサービスが非常に悪いです。部屋にはほとんど家具がなく、質の悪い材料が使われています。がっかりです。

What a huge and incredible old resort this is! The positives - the room with pool access was very convenient and spacious and the pool was a refreshing way to kill time before our flight. The staff were all very helpful and organised a free shuttle to the airport after midnight. The negatives - the resort is tired and rundown and the room smelled damp.

Very close to the airport although there are few restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Great facilities with a very nice garden and zoo. Friendly and nice staff.

It was easy to reach, old hotel but nice pool outside. Service was good.

The hotel is nice and has some decent amenities and the staff are very friendly and helpful, however it is a little outdated and in desperate need of a refurbishment. Our room smelt like damp and the pool wasn't cleaned the entire time we were there with leaves everywhere in it. Bit to mention the metal bars between the room and pool had severely rusted. But again this just means it needs a refurbishment. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help us and meet our needs.

Room not clean and full of mosquitoes. I have killed more than 20 mosquitoes. The delivery food cannot be delivered to the room and need you take it to the lobby. The rooms are probably assigned you 5 minutes walking from the lobby.

Everything was great starting from checking-in and ending with our departure from Haikou. Our room was nice and just the way we expected. The territory of the hotel is beyond great. Photos taken there are amazing. We are incredibly grateful to the staff for maintaining such a huge hotel and making our stay so comfortable! If I have a chance to come back, it’s definitely going to be this particular hotel!

Hotel room is old and dated. There is also a moldy smell in my room. Breakfast is limited too. However, the location is very near the airport and the price is reasonable. For early morning flight, I would recommend for 1 night.

This hotel was established 2010 and last time renovated in 2016. It is outdated and poorly maintained, everything except greens and lobby.
