Sofitel Haikou

設備とサービスは素晴らしく、エグゼクティブシービュールームからは眺めが良いです。角を含む四方に大きな窓があります。ロビーとカフェテリアの360度の眺め。朝食はかなり豊富でおいしいです。部屋は瓊州海峡に面しておらず、海の景色は前回の滞在より少し劣っています。午後になると、部屋が日光に当たる可能性があり、エアコンは最低レベルまで作動しません（断熱のためにカーテンが下がっています）。浴槽からの眺めはかなり味がなく、横臥からの眺めは浴槽設備によって遮られているだけです。

Myself and my girlfriend spent only 1 night at the Sofitel. Even in this short period of time, our stay was a memorable one. Starting from the warm welcome at the lobby area on the 1st floor with luggage assistance, until our departure from the same place when the kind Concierge staff assisted us get a transfer to the train station while we were not able to do it (didi) due to the business generated by the Chinese New Year. At the Front Desk, Echo welcomed us with a warm sincere smile and showed a high level of confidence and product knowledge while highlighting the hotel facilities. Moreover, she went above and beyond our expectation when she recommended the hotel restaurant and few dishes when she heard my girlfriend telling me she is hungry. Another memorable experience was our SPA treatment where the staff were very friendly and professional. Overall, the hotel feels very new with, the location is great and the level of cleanness is very satisfactory. We will defiantly return to Sofitel if business or leisure will bring us back to Haikou.

Very nice hotel with good location. Up to the Sofitels standard I use to stay. friendly staff who made the effort to speak english with us. will definitely come back.

Great hotel, really good breakfast, new, modern and very clean. There were, however, 2 problems. We asked for interconnecting rooms before arrival and the hotel stated this would be okay. When we arrived, we were told interconnecting rooms were not available, which was a little frustrating. Also, the hotel is non smoking, but a number of guests ignored this and were smoking at the buffet dinner or in their rooms/public areas. Disappointingly some staff ignored the fact guests were smoking and did not take any action to stop them. Hence my lower rating for service. That said our rooms were lovely and the overall experience was very good.

Location was not bad. Breakfast was not bad, but good air circulation system. We had to change our room because the room really stink. Staffs were still helpful enough to change us to better room.

I would expect better from an international hotel. I speak English and Chinese as I am bilingual and am unable to order off of Sofitels late night menu. I get a confused reply from the customer service manager about what I am talking about. I ask for a manager who is also confused about their advertised late night menu. I then proceeded to tell them about my disappointment at which point I have to go down, in my pajamas, to the first floor (to which the lobby is on the 35thfloor) to relieve my McDonald’s which I hate eating

Good view and comfortable stay

A modern hotel that uses smart high technology and is worth staying in. The room is big and the bed is comfortable. Overall very good. Although some unpleasant things happened along the way, the administrator listened patiently and dealt with things. It is recommended to stay here and I will consider staying there again next time I go to Haikou. Finally, thank you Sharon for seeing me off. nice location

Nice and clean hotel. There is TV programme displayed on the mirror in the bathroom. Pillow was too soft. Although they offer pillow selection, most are not available. Food options near the hotel are limited. Overall we did enjoy the stay.
