The staff at Zhongyang RV Hotel were incredibly kind and welcoming, making my stay feel truly special. The hotel was spotless, with excellent cleanliness throughout. The location isn’t too far from Snow Town, which is a plus. One unique feature was Xiaodu, their smart assistant—just say “Xiaodu, Xiaodu” to control the windows, lights, and ceiling, just like Siri or Alexa! A great mix of comfort and modern convenience! Definitely worth the price and worth an experience

Booking a room through Ctrip made it very easy for us to stay here. Comfortable and large room for us. Complete equipment. Very helpful host. Best location. Check-out arrangements were also easy.

Good location for room with mountain view who love pine forest. Good service when you need support. Room is clean without bad smell.

We booked the capsule suite. The view from the suite is mesmerizing. Amenities in the room is modern. Also, the restaurant in the hotel has delicious food.

The hotel is right at the end of the main street. Quiet and peaceful. Stayed at the capsule, which is still quite new with nice view.

I got some quite heavy luggage to transfer to the Snowtown entrance after check out the room and it's very far from Hotel's location, however the hotel not helpful at all to help me to deliver all my luggages even i knew they got some elec scooter which help others... 😡 Me and my families here not blaming the Hotel location far from the center or from the entrance, but we are disappointed on hotel side was refuse to help. Not worth to Spend RMB 2668.00 per night for nice view for me next time.

Stayed at this budget-friendly hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the rooms – clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. However, note that there are no complimentary toiletries like shampoos and body wash. The location is not bad as it was the small city and you need to walk about 5 minutes. We stayed there for our second day of our trip, but it was the bad experience. When you see the photo on the app it looks a good place with good view, and you say wow what’s the beautiful place but actually it wasn’t. It was too cold, the sheets smelled too bad and was not clean when we requested to change the sheet they rejected our request. Also, they get us one heater but when we washed our hands the whole electricity was off as it worked with only one of them. When we woke up in the morning the WC and water didn’t work and it was frozen. Also their breakfast was in other place we walked about 5 minutes and go other place to eating breakfast, that was not good. For first night we stayed on Muxuege Inn and it was better than here. I thought it could be good experience but it wasn’t. In my mind it is not good for hotel with star and with this price.
