立地も良く、有馬には夜に散歩できる場所があり、泉の上の建物や塔が美しくライトアップされます。 部屋は広く、布団が備え付けられています。談話室で夕食。最後の 2 つの料理は不要であり、もはやそれらを適切に味わうことはできないということで私たちは一致しました。余裕がなかった。 特に初めての経験でしたが、すべてが新しくて本当に素晴らしかったです。

ホテルの環境はとても美しく、大きな桜の木や名前の分からない花もいくつかありました。今回は加茂に宿泊しました。部屋はとても広かったです。母は畳で寝ることに慣れていなかったので、ツインの寝室があり、まさに母の希望通りでした！ホテルのスタッフはとてもフレンドリーです。おばあさんは少し英語を話せ、日本語の部分は通訳が担当します。ここの夕食と朝食は美味しくてボリュームたっぷりで、寝る前に温泉に浸かるのも最高です。チェックアウトの日に、9時半のロマンスカーに乗って東京に戻ることをホテルに伝えました。女将さんが自ら箱根湯本駅まで送ってくれました。サービスは本当に素晴らしかったです！

素晴らしいホテルです！環境とサービスがとても気に入りました。一泊二食予約しましたが、とても美味しそうで、お腹いっぱいになりました。 、しかし、価格は手頃です。父母はとても気に入って、一晩滞在するのは少なすぎると言いました。畳敷きで、ベッドが2つある小さなお部屋で、お互いに影響を与えずに寝られます。荷物や浴衣を備えた特別室もあり、とても便利でした。部屋には浴槽のようにお湯が張れる内湯があり、夜は足を浸すことができると思いますが、最初はホテルを予約したとき、中庭の熱いものだと思っていました。ホテルに着いてがっかりしましたが、幸いなことに、温泉は部屋に入るのと同じようにとても便利です。わずか2歩で到着しますが、写真撮影はできず、景色はありません。この温泉ホテルには和風の中庭があり、中庭で美しい写真を撮ることができます。あなたのお部屋も素敵になりますよ！言語コミュニケーションはすべて日本語ですが、携帯電話を使って通訳してくれるので、非常に理解できます。

夕食は伝統的な日本料理で、とてもおいしかったです。貸切温泉と公共温泉があります。スタッフは親切で助かります。ホテルまでの道には坂があり、駅からは徒歩約 10 分です。伝統的な日本料理の滞在を楽しみたい方には、このホテルを強くお勧めします。

이번에 어머니를 모시고 다녀왔네요 처음에찾아갈때 조금 헤메긴했는데 이 료칸을 선택한건 진짜 잘한일이였던거 같아요 카모 라는 이름의 방을 배정 받았는데 앞에 정윈도 너무 이쁘고 좋았습니다 저희방 담당해주시는 분이 너무 친절하시고 세심하게 챙겨주셔서 너무 좋았어요 나중에 생각지도 못한 장식품까지 선물로 주셔서 너무 감동이였어요 아!!그리고 음식들이 정말 정갈하고 맛있는것만 나와서 즐거운 식사 시간이였네요 그리고 혹시 술을 드신다면 매실주를 추천해드려요 다른곳 매실주 보다 향이 깊고 진하더라고요 왜그런지 여쭈어보니 료칸에서 계약한 농가에서 특별이 만든 매실이라 보통 매실보다 크기가 크고 직접 매실주를 만드는거라 맛있다고 하시더라구요 그리고 저희가 2박3일을 지냈는데 너무 좋아서 시간이 어떻게 지나갔는지 모를 정도였습니다 하나부터 열까지 어머니와 좋은 추억을 가지게 해준 곳이라 앞으로도 계속 생각날꺼같아요 만약에 다음이 있다면 꼭 이 료칸에 다시 한번 오고 싶습니다 좋은 추억을 안고 가게 해주셔서 너무 감사힙니다

這次旅行最喜歡的就是玉庭了，無論環境、服務、料理都超喜歡，真正體驗到了日式旅館的獨特魅力。每天下午回來都會準備下午茶，最後一天比較熱，還給我們把抹茶換成冰的。每天早餐晚餐送到房間，我們住了4天3晚，每天餐食都不一樣，連餐具盤子都會一起換，都很好吃，真的都很用心，以後如果再來箱根我還想住這裏

Beautiful food but deeply disappointing service - we left feeling misled and ignored. We enjoyed the dinner being served in our room - the food was beautifully presented and of high quality Unfortunately, we were significantly overcharged. The hotel acknowledged that they had misinformed us about the pricing, which resulted in an unfair higher charge. We proposed a fair middle ground to resolve the matter, but that was ignored. Overall this really soured what should have been a memorable stay.

We had the most amazing experience at this ryokan! It was well worth the money. We spent 3 nights here and the staff were absolutely amazing! They made us feel like royalty. Yes the rooms are traditional and older looking but it was spacious and clean. The food we had every day was just Devine. Even our children loved their kids meal. What an experience for the whole family. It is very seafood based which we loved. Every meal was different which was great. Breakfast was served at either 8 or 8.30am and dinner we had an option of 6 or 6.30pm. Dinner would take nearly 2 hours but we didn’t mine. Both meals are served in our rooms. The onsen was a bonus experience for both adults and kids. The ryokan is located on a hill but in walking distance to Hakone Yumoto train station. A bit tricky with luggage but for day to day sightseeing, it was fine. Highly recommend this ryokan experience. We are so sad to be leaving but grateful for the experience.

We stayed 2 nights in Gyokutei. It was overall a nice experience. The room was clean and old fashioned. Was a nice experience. Just a few notes which may help other travellers decide if this accommodation is suitable for them: 1) As per the website, the ryokan is located 10 min walk from Hakone-Yumoto station, so it is very convenient. But please note that it’s located on a steep, steep slope. It’s no problem for reasonably fit people to walk up (though dragging luggage up the slope will be tedious), but may prove challenging to those who have much luggage or have mobility issues. There is baggage delivery service at the train station which will deliver your luggage to the accommodation for a small fee. We used it and it was reliable. Do note that the cut-off time for same day delivery is 12.30pm. 2) Breakfast is served in room at 8.30am. They were pretty inflexible about the timing. We did ask if it could be later but they demurred. The staff came every morning at 8.15am to set up the table for breakfast. So, no sleeping in. 3) Dinner is served in room at 6.30pm. Again, they were inflexible about the timing. We purchased the Hakone free pass which allowed us on most of the public transport available. However, public transportation in Hakone is pretty limited. Some of the buses come only once hourly, and some only have 2-3 buses per hour (depending on whether it’s weekday or weekend). The train from Gora to Yumoto is every 40min. Also, close to sunset, when most tourists are returning to the main train stations, there’s a very high chance one will not be able to get onto the bus if they are not boarding at the terminal stations. All the roads are single lane, windy roads, so slow traffic during sunset hours are pretty much expected. I would say most attractions are at least 30-40min away from Yumoto station by public transport. Do take this into account when deciding if you would like to include dinner during your stay.
