We love Hakuba so much even in green season. Looking forward to visit Hakuba in winter and green season again! The receptionist is friendly. Check-in and check-out were fast and hassle free.Room is big. We stay a night only here. But looking forward to go back to Hakuba in green season and winter. At least must spend 3 nights there! Driving is recommended to explore Hakuba.

Overall a good stay. For some reason this time round the breakfast was the same for our entire one week stay. A little bit more variety will be good.

白馬の素晴らしい宝石のようなホテル。白馬のすべての主要リゾートへのバス路線に近い中心部に位置しています。フロントデスクのサービスは素晴らしく、部屋は清潔で、小さな温泉は最高でした。10代の息子とカップルで宿泊しました。とても楽しい時間を過ごせました。また来たいと思います。

We arrived in hakuba and there was a lot of information to take in on how to catch buses, get to slopes and book restaurants but the ladies at reception a special mention to Alva & Mika that could not been more helpful and accommodation and always with a smile on their face! Rooms are large, big beds with comfy duners, with good heating and always clean. Hotel is walking distance to everything in happo one and has good breakfast and drying room. Will stay again 😀
