Hotel is good but the breakfast buffet is same for every day. It has to be changed because foreigners are willing get different taste

Overwhelmed with the hospitality of the resort staff and each and every member. The service was good and good quality was better and especially the breakfast. A must try for every those who intends to visit Coxsbazar. I’ve been here before and surely will come again.

It was really a good experience visiting here. All the staffs behavior was good. Specially Md. Mahbubur Rahman from room service helped us a lot. I would like to visit here again in near future.

We were 10 people in total and stayed for one night and two days. Really liked the hospitality offered overall by the hotel management team. Enjoyed the breakfast served on Friday morning. Special thanks to Ms. Rubayet for her responsiveness and friendly interactions

The staff was excellent and kind and always helped us with what we needed. This is my second time visiting because I had a great time the first time. The staff updated us to a bigger room which we really appreciated. Thank you to Riyaj and Nahid for helping us

Overall good experience. Well behaved and friendly staffs . 10/10 on cleanliness and service. Various room choice with either garden or sea view. Direct beach access with way lesser crowd than popular beach points in cox's Bazar. Mr Riyaz working at the kasbah restaurant is very friendly. Deducting points because of slow internet and no temperature control for the ac's.

The food at the restaurants were great along with the rooms being spacious and clean in comparison to other similar resorts. The beef kala bhuna is must have and my personal favourite. The pool and hot tubs were both great and ecetremly large, specially the pool since it had enough space to accomadate for my family along with many others.

Need to develop the service quality in comparison with other modern hotel & resorts. Conference room should be increased and developed. Foods are good. Mr. Refat, Mr, Wahid, Mr, Shafiq, Mr, Mahfuz are excellent coordinator. Beach is right opposite of the hotel. It was nice.

We have had a few small hiccups, but the management has always made it up to us. Most people are super professional. Kamrul, Lokman, Elahi, and the team from the Appayon were great. So were Shamsul Islam, Riyaj, and the Kasbah team. If you are a family with kids or going with a group of friends, you will enjoy it more. I hope they improve the ambience more. Not that it's a mandatory thing, but they will let you down in terms of alcohol. They were serving only Carew and an average-grade whisky due to a lack of stock of other things. So, plan this accordingly. Again, this was a pleasant experience overall. Highly recommended.
