Excellent Property , Great Embiance, Breakfast it's very nice and Front Desk Team it's very polite and Helpful. The Main part of this property is Great Location. Whenever I supposed to come Haldwani i always prefer to stay in this hotel. Thank you so much to Shubham Front Desk ***ager.

Everything is good like staff behaviour, food, room service overall my experienceed was fantastic. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.

Great hospitality, we really liked the Banquet staff and Mr Ramesh Bist in Banquet team was very supportive. Nice pool on the top floor was an icing on the cake Front office staff was also very nice to interact with

Poor Room service, no one is at reception after 12:00 night, even in case of emergency no one knows what is going to happen with you, washroom of our room was locked we tried at least 65 times to call reception but no reply at all. Pathetic service support, my last stay at this hotel, best one in Haldwani is The North House Hotel.

The dealing with staff is very nice. All staff members Mr. Hi***shu Anand, Madam Deepa, Mr Gokul , Mr Jagdish... I stay here since from year for normal visit... Thanks and highly recommended Must visit once

Good place to stay in Haldwani with friendly accomodative and cheerful staff members. Front desk team is understanding and greets you with a smile it makes your arrival soothing. Housekeeping team ensures that your room is pleasant and comfortable. Cleaning at bath needs a slight attention though very helpful and alert to task request. Food and Beverage at breakfast was alluring experience with awe and greetings with enthusiasm and warmth especially Ms Deepa Goswami...who makes it a point that any guest who walks in for breakfast...tastes everything prepared so deliciously by the Chef. Spread was good and well prepared. Careful and alert restaurant ***ager Mr Sanjay Sharma supervises that soiled dishes are removed immediately and interacts with guests around. Team @ breakfast appears as close connected. Thanks Ms Deepa Goswami for take care of others and us. ***y thanks

Hotel is good food quality is also very good in restaurant tye service is very good specially person miss deepa goswami she was very experienced in guest handling and fast response overall very nice place to stay

This one is one of the best as best property for the living as well, entire staff is also very supportive and familiar, spl ***ager Mr OP panday are one of a best person ever in kumau hotel industries. Fooding and hospitality is also fantastic, down the staff is also very cooperative and ready to serve as best as possible at any time. I'm associate with this property from last more then five years and very much satisfied for the same and recommended to all visitors for start here only for spends good time after business meetings as well, family is also comfortable and safe for all matters.
