Staff are wam and proactive. Room is very clean and tidy! Nice stay

Main reason I picked the hotel was they had a gym. in my confirmation it stated that spa was included so I assumed I would have acces to the gym. This was not the case. Fitness is in a separate Building and had extra cost to it.

Absolutely loved the breakfast and I am a fussy eater! There was plenty of choice. Good bread, tea, fruit was very delicious. I. loved the fresh honey. The rooms had air con which was so useful during the heatwave. The negatives are: We had to ask for toilet paper because the cleaner didn't bother providing enough (it was not like we had some issues...it was normal useage), the tea and coffee was not replenished either which was poor service. The hotel would have gotten all five stars from me if it wasn't for the bad housekeeping job. Sleep quality and breakfast is great.

Lovely hotel convenient for local activities. Very clean and nicely presented at a reasonable price.

Good hotel with clean and fresh rooms. Nice breakfast and our only problem was that they could not offer any light food when we arrived late (which was very annoying as we were a bit hungry and the only thing we could buy from the hotel was a large dinner buffet that didn’t look fresh as it had been out for several hours when we arrived)

When we booked this hotel on-line it looked like it had everything we needed. A good quality hotel, Bar, Restaurant and a Gym! HOW WRONG WERE WE! 1. The check in took at least 20 mins as there were a que of people and only one member of staff available. 2. We were informed that the restaurant was not open this day?? 3. They do have a gym! BUT it was in another facility and we would need to pay extra to use! 4. Room was lovely. Until we looked out of the window and saw all the cigarette ends on the flat roof outside my window PLUS the old pair of men's pants. which looked like they had been dumped there for quite a while. 5. After we returned from a restaurant in town we thought it would e good to have a drink in the bar? WRONG, the bar was also shut. All in all very disappointing, the hotel looks like it was once a good hotel but those days are slipping away quickly and unless the staff issues are addressed, I can not see it recovering. They are on a slippery slope

After 20 min queing for check in, the recepcionist takes our ID and says: “you are coming through ******* right?, so there is no room for you. You need to go to another hotel”. All this with our booking confirmation in hands. No way to negociate. No apologize. People behind us got their room, probably because they were Germans. First time in my 20 years of travel it happens to me. Such an horrible way to treat people.

Great hotel. Excellent service. Early check in was no problem. Very clean room. Good bed. Great breakfast. Restaurant is also very good.
