I only wish a 6-start ranking would be an option… - Surrounded by beautiful secluded nature though located a 5-minute drive from Golling’s center - Specious, well-equipped, and super clean apartment. - A trampoline, playground, etc. and many farm animals. Great for kids! - A kind and very helpful service. Augustine, thank you for an exceptional experience on all levels!

As with most of the previous reviewers, all I can do is praise every aspect of this guesthouse. There is nothing to dislike and Augustine is the icing on the cake! She is lovely, warm, kind, helpful, all the attributes in a host you could wish for, nothing was too much trouble. And for me, her perfect English meant was a big bonus. I had a large, immaculate double room which had windows to two sides so the room was wonderfully bright, made even better with one of the windows facing up towards the end of the valley and mountains, an amazing view to awake to. The balcony gave equally stunning views. A previous reviewer mentioned the Wi-Fi being a little slow, which it was, but I suspect the location, being set so deep into a valley surrounded by mountains, limits any improvement to this. The breakfasts were amazing, a lovely selection, lots of fresh food and wonderfully fresh eggs laid by their own hens. The location is for those who love peace, quiet and solitude and is wonderfully safe for children. The property is at the end of a valley so driving to get anywhere is pretty much essential, and did not represent an issue for me at all. If you wish to dine out in the evening for example, this should be borne in mind and planned accordingly. I was a solo traveller, on my motorbike and parking undercover with farm vehicles was made available to me - not that there are any security issues at all but it had just started to rain as I arrived so this was appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to return and stay again, maybe next time to do some hiking in the amazing countryside. Thank you Augustine, for making my stay one of the most pleasurable on this tour yet.

The place is beautiful, lovely valley between the mountains. Great location all the way north to Salzburg and south to kaprun. Augustine the host is very kind and warm and helpful. Very recommended for all seasons!! The kids enjoyed very much the small tractor and kart

We stayed here for three nights and had a very pleasant and lovely stay. The location and near area were stunning. The hostess was very friendly. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. I would really recommend to stay here.

Nun haben wir uns schon das dritte Mal bei Familie Lienbacher sehr gut erholt und es war nicht das letzte Mal. Das Tal ist wunderschön und die Ruhe herrlich! Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Jedes Zimmer hat einen Balkon. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Die Gegend lädt zum Spazierengehen und Wandern ein. Es gibt natürlich auch Tiere, unter anderem Leni und Lilly (zwei verschmuste Katzen) ;D Gusti und Thomas sind tolle Gastgeber und man fühlt sich sofort wie zuhause! Herzlich, urig und ein herrlicher Rückzugsort. Alles ist da, aber nichts überkandidelt. Touren kann man direkt hinterm Haus starten. Es herrscht eine angenehme Unaufgeregtheit auf dem Hof. Für die Kinder gibt es Trampolin, Klettergerüst, Kettcars, Tischtennisplatte, Feld, Wald und Wiese. Der Pool hilft über manchen heißen Tag.

Wir sind von Familie Lienbacher sehr herzlich begrüßt worden und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer ist schön gewesen und die Aussicht einfach toll! Erholsamer kann Urlaub nicht sein! Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und es gab jeden Tag Selbstgebackenes. Die familiäre Atmosphäre trägt zum Wohlfühlen mit bei. Ausflüge kann man von dort in alle Richtungen starten, oder einfach nur die schöne Natur und den tollen Blick auf die Berge genießen. Wir waren für 10 Tage hier und der nächste Urlaub wird auf jeden Fall länger ;D Herzliche Grüße aus Falkensee
