Lovely hotel in the Pines. Trees all around the property. The staff were kind and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast offered many options. Very busy in the morning even at 9:00 am. No worries for there was plenty of food and options.

The room was fine, spacious, comfortable and clean. It was a bit short on amenities however, not even a box of tissues in the room. Dinner at the a la carte restaurant was very nice, lovely food, cheerful and efficient staff. The Icelandic Lamb was excellent. Breakfast was plentiful and well presented.

this is how you are treated in the hotel restaurant, even if it is not crowded! the waiters don't take the empty plates from the tables and don't even ask the customers if they want something to drink! shame!

Friendly staff, especially Ashley! The best breakfast, hotel smells good, overall I would say 10 out of 10 !!!

Breakfast was excellent. Location was great. Was able to view the northern lights from the balcony. The food at the restaurant was also pretty good. Checking in wasn’t that good, we paid for a superior room but did not get one and had to go back to the reception to get it changed (we did remind the person at the reception when checking in though).

A very large hotel located in a forest where lots of tour groups stay. The rooms have plenty of space and are clean. The bathroom was well appointed with a good shower. We had dinner at the restaurant in the hotel, because there was nowhere else to go. It was a very nice meal. Breakfast was extensive including some hot options.

We were generally satisfied with the hotel. It’s a bit off the beaten path and not particularly close to anything but the room was clean and efficiently setup, and the staff is friendly. Their breakfast was also good.

The hotel is located in the middle of the forest in a pretty remote area. Lots of hiking trails around. Our room was an ok size but with relatively basic features. Good bed, desk, 2 chairs and tea & coffee facilities. TV had limited channels. Bathroom was adequate with limited amenities. It was very quiet at night. Breakfast was very good with an excellent selection.

This hotel just does not have the amenities expected by international visitors. No fridge, no AC, no streaming devices on the TV , English language TV channels limited to 2 very ordinary „entertainment „ American channels, limited food options, location not ideal. Only two power points worked. Bedside lamps so faint could not read in bed.
