Terrible experience

It’s a nice stay and the rooms aren’t bad at all for the pricing! It’s a very clean establishment and very quiet too. You’d enjoy your stay there for sure

fun place to stay with kids. Clean rooms, decent breakfast, clean pool. The only thing id advise against is eating at the restaurant. The worst service I've ever had there, other than that we'd stay again if we were in the area.

Room had a bad animal urine smell. I talked to the person at the desk when I checked in she offered me air freshener. No other accommodations were available.

Nice clean place to stay. Nice rates, there was a curled up rug in the lobby that we saw a few people stumble over but all and all a good experience.

I loved that there was dinning and entertainment attached to the hotel. Also, the hotel was clean and safe!

I knew the check in time is 3pm and checked out 11 am. We arrived at 11am, i asked if i can check earlier? Staff there sounded terrible voice: “The check is 3pm” I drove away and come back at 2pm asked the same question: “is it ok to check in now or i have to wait until 3pm.” This time even sounded worst, she told: “the check in time is 3pm. That is the policy!” I wished if she said something like - Oh, let me check if the rooms are ready for you, usually it takes time to clean!” I reserved 3 rooms for this stay. I am sure that I will not stay again!

Room was not fully cleaned. Carpet was dirty by the window. Sink was not clean. Shower needs to be redone as there are black spots in various places on the tile

The staff was capable, and the facilities that I used were clean, the breakfast food was disappointing.. the hot foods seemed of poor quality… most establishments can’t mess up eggs and sausage but I couldn’t eat it… the coffee was great though….
