Golden Beach Paradise

Really welcoming staff and manager, clean and tidy room, great location on beach and perfect for a quite few days chilling. Shower not the best but ok, bed comfy. WiFi in room not great but ok in main area. Sea/waves can be big and a bit off putting but ok for a decent swimmer. A few dining options up/down the beach if you want a change. A quite place though so be aware there’s not much going on. Possible to get a tuk tuk tour of blowhole/temple/s which takes around 5/6hrs and costs about 15k rupees.

Great location, beautiful surrounding a**osphere, and great staff. It was lovely and a great first impression of the hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, and cosy with excellent service where we stayed. The room itself was well-equipped, comfortable and clean. The food was so good and great value for money and the service was attentive and efficient. We were very pleased with our stay. We hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich schön, das Essen lecker und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Jetzt kommt das ABER: Die Besitzerin ist wie in den vorherigen Rezessionen beschrieben nicht an den Gästen interessiert. Es wird nur mit Osteuropäern gesprochen und sich um die Hunde gekümmert. Als wir ankamen wurden wir nicht begrüßt obwohl sie zwei Meter von uns weg saß. Das Hotel hat 5 Zimmer, daher wäre es durchaus drin gewesen. Als mein Sohn sich ziemlich schwer an dem maroden Pool verletzte, kam sofort jemand von den Mitarbeitern und hat um liebevoll um die Verletzung gekümmert. Die Besitzerin saß unbeteiligt daneben und hat nicht mal gefragt ob alles okay ist. Es kam auch danach keine Frage ob es ihm gut geht. Wenn man Ruhe sucht, kann man das Hotel buchen, nur muss einem klar sein, dass man weder den Pool wirklich benutzen kann noch im Meer schwimmen. Das Meer ist leider viel zu unruhig dafür. Wir würden es nicht mehr buchen. Schade um die Mitarbeiter die sind wirklich toll!!!

Petite structure située sur une plage sauvage excentrée du centre de Tangalle. Notre chambre décorée avec goût, était située au 1er étage avec une belle terrasse avec vue sur le jardin . Le manager assez discret nous a réservé un bel accueil. Le cuisinier était d’une extrême gentillesse et toujours prêt à nous faire plaisir. Attention aux vagues qui sont très fortes et qui peuvent vous gâcher votre séjour 🙃😉 Si vous voulez visiter Tangalle faites appel au chauffeur de Tuk Tuk de l’hôtel c’est le meilleur et réservez le soir l’excursion l’excursion pour aller voir la ponte des tortues
