I will never ever recommend this place. They have such poor and terrible customer service, it is non-existent. I have canceled the stay due to illness in the family, and it was impossible to make agreements regarding reimbursement, gift cards, rebooking, or finding other solutions. They did not want to have a dialogue with me. It is impossible to get hold of a person to talk to. They reject all forms of contact. What should have been a lovely stay for the family has turned into a nightmare and I advise against booking at Clipper Boarding House.
