這次很失望，酒店有點噁心客户，也許日子過得不好，員工便洩憤客户，早餐品質比2021年也差很多。 感謝攜程為此次入住的理解與幫助～

Comfortable, charming and wonderful service. The room and bathroom were large and comfortable. It was very quiet, which was lovely. The breakfast was amazing, with a variety of north German specialties. The breakfast room overlooks the Elbe and was a wonderful place to linger. The living room was a charming place take tea with a fireplace and comfortable seating area. I have been to Hamburg many times, and this is the first time that I have stayed outside the city center. I will be returning.

So far, I have never experienced anything like this. We were on our way back to Hamburg, very tired and wanting to rest. Since we planned to have lunch near the hotel the next day and had to consider the 12 o'clock check-out, we decided to spend the night there. They constantly disturbed us with calls to our door, but the worst happened the next day. First, they "accidentally" called at the door, then the maid approached us and asked when we would leave. The cherry on the top was the call of the reception, asking us when we would check out. If they don't want guests to stay that long, they should change their check-out policy. And if this was already part of the hotel policy, I find it absolutely disrespectful to make the guest feel so uncomfortable. Something like this has never happened to us in a hotel of this category. Never again.

I've enjoyed this property once more. The terrace is wonderful, and the rooms are comfortable and spacious. With the change in temperature, it was a shame that the room had no A/C. My main complaint was the amount of mosquitoes that came into my room in one afternoon. It was unbearable.

Very Nice hotel in a fantastic setting. Restaurant, reception etc beautiful. The rooms are a bit dated for a 5 star hotel and no air condition so room was a bit too warm at night

Make sure you have time to sit on the terrasse overlooking the Elbe. The ginger lemonade is a bit too strong for my taste, but everything else is absolutely perfect! Well done.

This is a luxurious hotel by the Elbe. Pricey but clean and amazing. The restaurant view never ceases to maze. It’s cozy for night time dinner and awesome breakfast spread in the morning. You don’t want to leave anymore. Over all, it’s always great to be in this hotel.

Wonderfull location at the Elbe and nice walks. Love the feeling of heritage on the place and we see you carry much about that. Autentic stories can not be bought. Will come back
