A very nice, easy going place, with the needed comfort for short staying (that was my case). Friendly staff, really attentive, they solved the small problem really promptly. The breakfast is great, you can find a lot there and they do also home made Marmelade. See you next time!

This was our third Superbude experience and we loved it (again). The rooms are amazing, the bed is comfy, everything in the room is well thought of and is interesting. From check in to check out, Superbude is an experience in itself. The breakfast is even better than some of the five star breakfast buffets. The location is perfect for families since it isn't in one of Hamburg's noisy neighbourhoods. I will definitely stay here again for the next visits.

We absolutely loved this place! In a world of cookie cutter hotels with bland decor, this was a most fun, colorful place. Everywhere you looked was something that caught your eye but not in an obnoxious fashion. The staff was friendly and there were a lot of choices for breakfast. Close to a train station also.

We had a very disappointing experience at Superbude. 3 out of 4 nights, we were kept awake by people drinking and talking loudly in the outside bar after midnight, right under our window, when we'd been assured there was a 10 PM closing time. The second night that I called down to the desk, I was told, "What do you expect, it's Saturday night." When I said, "I was told the closing time would be enforced, otherwise I would have changed rooms," he said, "We're full, you can't change rooms." Rude and unhelpful. It's a cute place, they've made the most of cheap decorations and supplies, comfortable beds. But that's the last time we will stay there, even though we travel to Hamburg often.

My daughter and I had the best of times at the Superbude, the room and bathroom were great, it was super clean, the food excellent, the staff amazing, nothing was too much trouble and they answered all our questions. The atmosphere was relaxed and friends, the vibe just amazing and we loved the approach based on trust. We will definitely be going back. Thank you so much!

I enjoyed my stay here and loved the location. The rooms are cool and quirky and my room had plenty of space. The breakfast is very good and the staff are super helpful. Didn't eat at night but heard it is good too.
