ホテル ステラ マリス(Hotel Stella Maris)

Extremely clean and well organised with spacious room and brand new bathrooms. Breakfast was really amazing and with so many different things to choose from. Location is in a really quiet street filled with restaurant and close to public transport. Again this is one of the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in, only funny thing is that their elevator said ‘max 4 persons’ but it could only take 320 kilo, which is not 4 guys from Denmark 😂

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly, the room clean and the bathroom very nice. The environment was nice too, close to the river and with plenty of restaurants and bars close by. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty, although too expensive.

This hotel does not have air conditioning or at least a fan. I realize it was unusually warm in Hamburg, but this room would likely be warm on a normal day. There is little air movement into the room.

Really nice location, great people

We had 2 rooms for 3 nigths. One room at the top floor (5th) with sloping walls - very cozy, and one room at the 3rd floor. Rooms were good. Bathroom clean. Beds good. We had rooms to the back of the hotel and normaly that would mean silence. But unfortunately there are some construction work going on behind the hotel which means that 7 o'clock in the morning the noise begins. When this work is over, rooms to the back will be great :-) Breakfast was various with all you need. One of the waitress was not so friendly as the other. The receptionists are friendly and heldfull. The hotel is perfect located for a couple of days in Hamburg. There are a lot of good restaurents in the area - no need to go to the city center. We ate at the same restaurent for 2 days and loved that we had only 100 meters back to the hotel. The Harbour is close and the S-bahn too. Would stay here again if coming to Hamburg.

Das Stella Maris Hotel liegt sehr zentral, was äußerst praktisch ist. Alle wichtigen unternehmungen sind in der Nähe. Die Zimmer sind sauber, das Badezimmer ist sehr klein. Niedlich. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und bietet eine große Auswahl. Allgemein ist der Frühstück Saal sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir waren bereits zuvor im Stella Maris und müssen sagen, dass das Frühstückspersonal beim ersten Besuch aufmerksamer und präsenter war, was dieses Mal nicht der Fall war. Der Empfang war sehr höflich, jedoch fehlte uns die Herzlichkeit. Es wirkte eher formell und es wurde nach dem Aufenthalt NICHT gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung war, was eigendlich üblich ist. Denn Fokus mehr auf den Gast zu richten wäre das nächste mal wünschenswert.

Wie komme gerne hierher! Allein die Lage ist ein Traum. Der Preis noch ok. Das Frühstück reichhaltig, aber in meinen Augen zu teuer. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, allerdings das Bad sehr klein. Der Charme des Servicepersonals ist personen und tagesformabhängig etwas spöde. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder!

Hyggeligt hotel med maritimt tema. Søde ansatte og en overraskende god morge mad. Værelserne var lidt ældre i stil, men fin seng. Super beliggenhed. Klart et hotel vi vill bo på igen
