We arrived there around 1 am. Our check-in took at least “30 minutes”. I don’t know the name of the responsible lady may be it is 蔷*薇. She wasn’t nice at all. She took “every pages” of our passport that is not necessary at all. Even our old visas’ pages. She scanned every pages and also took every pages’ photos by her phone. I know the procedure and I know it never takes that much time. Never! We have been living in China for 8 years and been traveling too much and this was the first time. It was totally unnecessary and stupid experience. We can speak Chinese. We tried to speak with her. She rarely answered us. Most of time she didn’t look at our faces at all. What kind of behavior is it? She was totally rude. In addition to all of this, she called us early in the morning. Keep calling... keep calling.... and finally sent 2-3 messages to ask for company name... Couldn’t you wait? We went to sleep at 2.00-2.30 am because she didn’t finish our check in! And how can you call us early in the morning? Plus it seems all stuff at hotel don’t look happy with their customers as we understood. They don’t even say hello, good morning.....etc basic gentle stuff I mean. They don’t clean the room properly. We had to call the reception to change the towels. Asked for soap... I think it was the worst hotel experience in China. I will never never go the again. I don’t suggest people to go there. Awful. Only one thing was good; it is very close to subway station. Thats all.
