手頃な価格で利用できるホテルで苛性雨では大丈夫だったが窓外騒音でとても騒々しかったです。エレベーターが中間階に位置し、キャリアを持ち運ぶのは少し不便でした。 

私たちはコンサートのためにここに滞在しました。ホテルのサービスは素晴らしかったです。コンサートが終わり、地下鉄の駅に入ろうとした時、ホテルにいつ到着するかを尋ねる電話がかかってきました。チェックイン時に問題が報告され、解決策も提示されました。友人が夜に誤ってフロントに電話をかけましたが、フロントは応答しませんでした。しばらくすると、彼らはすぐに私たちに電話をくれました。私たちは電話に出ませんでしたが、彼らは何度も私に電話をかけてきました。出会ったウェイターたちも私たちに挨拶してくれました。朝食もとても美味しかったです。

全体的に部屋は良かったです。フロントのスタッフもとても親切で、私たちの質問にすべて答えてくれました。ただ、ドアをしっかり閉めないとビープ音が鳴り続けるので、何度も開け閉めしないといけないのがちょっと面倒です。また、交差点の真ん中で車に乗り降りしなくてはなりません。荷物が多い場合は急いで行く必要があるので、覚悟してください。

The receptionist is kind and attentive. The Ahyi at the hotel is very friendly too! I was looking for a scissor to cut open my new pants, the ahyi was kind enough to help me with that. Theres a laundry room on the 2nd floor with dryers. The hotel also has a convenience store right beside and a few restaurants nearby. The metro is about 5 mins away too but if you prefer to cycle around there’s sharing bike for you to rent (using Alipay) right in front. Even tho it has quite a distance with the West Lake but it’s easy to get there.

This hotel is very well located in a nice area and just 5 minutes walk from the metro station! We had also the breakfast which included Chinese but also international option and for that price this was very convenient and a game changer during the stay! Super recommended

The location is convenient MRT station 10 mins walk and the breakfast was just fine.

The LOCATION is quite good, about 800 m. From Wulinmen station. AIR CIRCULTION is not good enough. It is rancid every in the hotel. There is no window in my rokm. The glass wall decoration is frosty as they might not be able to clean outside of the building. I booked the room on 5/flr as they promoted that there are only 3 rooms. It seems special and worth to pay more. It's included 2 craft beer. But when I checked in they gaved m a room on the 4th floor with no complementary drinks as promoted. It's different from offered description. It's a good experience and no more. Good luck !

a nice stay in this hotel. Located so close to supermarket and a10 minutes drive (or didi) away from the famous West Lake

It was an ok stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is good, the subway is not far away and there is a good convenience store just next door. The breakfast buffet could use a lot of alteration though.
