This place is located off the main centre of Hangzhou. It is in a neighbourhood but there are plenty of food available. This homestay is neat, quaint with full amenities. We love the impression it gave us. Very cosy. The breakfast is also good and enough for us. The couple managing the breakfast is very warm and helpful. Overall, highly recommend for all to stay here...Love it!

The help given to us as foreigners were superb. They tried their very best to fulfill our request, you can definitely see their sincerity. They even go the extra mile in helping us to answer phone calls by the Didi driver, troubleshoot Chinese mobile app issues, recommended good locations for shopping etc. I would definitely come back just for their hospitality. The only downside to the experience was the smoke from next door tenant could be felt in our room. I woke up with a dry throat due to that. If only China could ban smoking in public, that would improve the travelling experience so much.

We visited as a couple, looking to explore Hangzhou during the Qingming holiday. The location is lovely, just far enough away from the city center to avoid the bustle and enjoy the greenery around West Lake. It is close to the zoo and children's park, so the area at the bottom of the hill can be quite busy, but the community of the B&B itself is quiet. Restaurants are easy to find in the community and run from quirky fusion to Hangzhou classics. You can choose to walk anywhere from 1-10 minutes and get a great meal. The staff at the B&B is incredibly generous and helpful, and make a delicious Hangzhou breakfast. During the holiday, the property was full of families, for which it seems to be a great fit. It was a great fit for us too—lively, but the rooms are comfy, tranquil retreats from the fun, supplied with delicious longjing tea and local spring water for drinking. Highly recommend!

Never expect a homestay to be this nice, they are always there when you need something and if they are always there to ensure your safety returning back to the homestay. Everyday there is people who clean your room too. I will highly recommend it to people who are visiting

Wonderful home stay - beautifully decorated.

We have really loved our stay in this homestay. The room is really nice, comfy and clean. And people were really nice with us. We loved the location as well. To be noted that this is a little outside of the city center (it's on the other side of the West Lake). But the upside is that the environment around there is more green and nice. It's also still at a walking distance to the West lake and there are few actitivites and restaurants really close.

景區裏的寶藏民宿，住宿體驗滿分，民宿環境優雅，可以遠眺西湖羣山，晚上夜景迷人，民宿裏還有一個很有情調的酒吧，坐在外面可以欣賞太陽落山的美景，周邊有很多網紅打卡飯店、咖啡館等服務設施，管家服務熱情周到，提供汽車免費充電服務，小孩弄臟了衣服，也有一次性內褲、洗衣機、烘乾機供使用，早餐準備的很豐富健康，水果、粗糧、點心、牛奶、手包小餛飩等等都很可口。入住時管家還送了歡迎水果、伴手禮，有手繪地圖、消毒濕巾、龍井茶等實用小物，還貼心的送了一桶虎跑泉水，用來泡茶，茶香水甜，回味悠長，還要特別感謝老闆，因為父母走路不方便，還免費給我們送到景區門口，服務真的太周到啦，下次去杭州還住他家，也會推薦給自己的朋友們。

這次的房間非常滿意。衞生乾淨、環境舒適，可以看到山景，特別是服務真的很好。入住的第二天下雨，打開門就看到了傘放在門口、還有小朋友的用品、房間的一次性馬桶墊、浴缸套非常齊全。工作人員都很友好，熱情，幫忙拿行李。每一種的小細節感覺特別貼心！很推薦這家民宿

超級喜歡房間裏的手繪印刷地圖，很實用，下次來打算也按照上面玩。早餐不錯，很健康。交通便利，有公交，不過建議步行，離太子灣走走衹有幾百米，一路走過去，風景很好。秋天的太子灣太美了。

太滿意了，好喜歡他們。地方好找，打車直接到門口呀，店家人特別好，一進門就客客氣氣很熱情，有歡迎水果隨便吃拿到房間也可以，給我們大房間，哇塞，姐妹們住一起，衞生間很漂亮很大有浴缸，我們泡了好幾次，有需求店家很快就來了，浴缸不會放水，人幾分鐘就來了，語氣特別好有禮貌。還有漂亮院子，很細心看我們換襪子，還送了襪子，貼心寫了紙條，還有早餐特別好呀，給我妹妹吃香了。整整齊齊乾乾淨淨，給東西都是大大方方，味道也特別好。院子裏環境特別好，住在這裏心情都好呀，還有還有我需要衞生巾也很熱情拿給我，還有還有房間很大，衞生也乾淨。服務給100分。店裡的每個人都很好很好。祝店家生意興隆

環境優美，服務很貼心，響應及時，適合帶小朋友出行，離中心景點步行可到。早點的葱油麪經驗到我，在陽光房吃早點很愜意。

民宿老闆人很好，出門迎接，全程服務很周到。 會推薦遊玩的路線，晚上回去還有水果等晚點墊肚子，下雨還有小雨傘孩子好喜歡。 居住的環境清幽又有桂花香，非常適合度假

來杭州第四次選擇這家民宿了，自從八年前選擇法蘭開始被種草，中間還跟家人朋友住過茶香，環境，設施，服務，都很好，走進民宿青山環繞不用出門都很舒服，之前都是平日過來的，這次是十一假期來的，景區到處都是人，真的衹想坐在小院裏喝喝茶，發發呆，在這裏小住幾天是我以後再來杭州最大的動力

放秋假，訂了這家民宿，服務特別周到，一到就有人幫忙找車位，提行李，每天還有水果提供，住得挺滿意，還有一個鞦韆，孩子們玩得很開心~
