老舗の五つ星ホテルですが、部屋はとても清潔で、フロントの対応も良かったです。デラックスダブルルームを予約しましたが、アップグレードしてもらえたようで、大変満足しました。地下鉄の駅がすぐ近くにあり、目の前にはショッピングモールがあるので、食事や買い物にも便利です。ランチセット付きのプランを選びましたが、総合的に見てコストパフォーマンスは非常に高いです。宿泊客には割引もあるので、おすすめです。

同僚と出張でこちらのホテルに宿泊しました。立地が素晴らしく、チェックイン後すぐに下を散策したところ、近くにイオンモールや商店街があり、私のような買い物好きな者にはぴったりでした。交通の便も良く、移動がスムーズです。ホテルの場所とロゴは分かりやすく、見つけやすかったです。ロビーとフロントのスタッフはとても丁寧で、チェックイン手続きも迅速でした。全体的にサービスには満足しています。部屋は少し手狭に感じましたが、清潔感はありました。

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were warm and efficient during check-in, and my room was spotlessly clean with great sound insulation. All facilities worked perfectly, and the toiletries were complete. The location is convenient for business trips, and every member of the team was polite and attentive. I enjoyed a peaceful rest after a busy day and would highly recommend this hotel to other travelers. I will definitely choose it again next time I come to the city.

I had a great experience with the hotel’s customer service. From before check-in until after check-out, the service was consistently excellent. They were very helpful even before my arrival by assisting with parcel collection, and after check-out, they went the extra mile to help arrange delivery of my parcels to my next hotel. I would especially like to highlight Mr. Jerry Zhou for his outstanding service. He was extremely helpful, attentive, and professional throughout. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

As a global s traveler who travels around the world, I have stayed at numerous hotels worldwide as well as plenty of properties across China in recent years. This was my first time staying at a Wyndham-branded hotel, and my experience is hard to sum up in just a few words.Great well The hotel is equipped with all essential basic amenities. Since Hangzhou was quite hot in June, the hotel thoughtfully prepared chilled beverages and fresh fruits in my room in advance, which greatly warmed my heart. I spent two nights here and had several conversations with Jerry, the Manager at the front house. He and the whole team were exceptionally friendly, always ready and willing to resolve guests’ requests. Every request I made received timely feedback and proper resolution, delivering an incredibly comfortable overall stay experience. The hotel also features complete on-site facilities including a restaurant and swimming pool.

This Hotel is very clean and located close to the airport. The hotel staff is friendly and offers quality service.

Nice rooms and great restaurants around it. Unfortunately not easy to get wifi access as foreign tourist.
