2階にバルコニーもあり、部屋も広く、トイレとシャワーが別なのがいいポイントです。杭州ベッドも清潔で大きかったです。 地下鉄の駅からも近かったです。 フロントの方も親切で遅くのチェックインでも対応していただけました。日本人が泊まるときにはパスポートの顔写真のページとビザのコピーを取られます。 ただ、朝食は種類が少なく、少し残念でした。

Very value for money. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staffs and cleaners are very friendly and helpful with everything, it made our stay so pleansant! Loved that they have a washing machine and dryer available for our use. Location is great as well there’s a lot of food nearby and some malls.

This is my third night in this hotel, yes, I decide to extend stay in this hotel. Breakfast is good as before. Room is clean and the check all amenities. Across the hotel there’s Mall but rather empty of visitor. 1 station with MRT there’s a bigger and nice mall lots of restaurant and snack. Surrely will stay in this hotel if I visit my son again.

入住過程非常順暢，前台北北熱情接待令我非常滿意。酒店的裝修温馨舒適，枕頭和被子柔軟，睡眠很好。房間內清潔度很高。早餐豐富環境優雅。配備了健身房，設施齊全。門口就是停車場出行很方便。

前台小北的熱情服務讓我感到這次入住非常愉快。設施完善陽光照進房間顯得格外温馨。二樓有健身房配備齊全。位置很好門口的停車場也有充電樁。確實是比較滿意的一次入住。

前台北北小姐姐熱情的服務令我很滿意。酒店的位置就在聯勝路E口對面，乘坐地鐵非常方便。房間內的設施齊全，布草很舒適。周邊有很多可遊覽的景點和美食店。早餐也豐富美味。

出差首選酒店，前台小北服務熱情，房間內用品配備齊全，枕頭比較柔軟。酒店的門口就是停車場也提供停車券，出行很方便。位置優越周邊的商場蠻多的。早餐餛飩蠻不錯。

位置不錯，離地鐵入口處50米，但是坐地鐵需要走五六分鐘，早餐非常不錯，種類全，種類多，停車很方便，停車場帶7千瓦充電樁。對於電車比較友好，我們這次開油車去的，附近吃飯也方便。服務員態度不錯，帶洗衣房和簡單的健身房。離西溪濕地很近。離西湖雷峯塔稍微有點遠。玩了四天。總體不錯。

常客了，一如既往的覺得這家酒店非常不錯。酒店位置很好開車或者是地鐵都很方便，前台小北的服務非常熱情禮貌，床品枕頭很舒適。房間整潔空間大小剛剛好。電梯是獨立的時間上省了很多。
