Water was barely luke warm. Reminded me of summer camp style shower from the 1980’s trying to hurry so I could warm back up. Remnants from previous o. Pants in room. TP in toilet. Washcloth (used) changing on shower curtain.

There was no attendant upon arrival. The heater in the pool was broken and the pool was dirty. We had no towels in our room and we still have no hot water. All other lodging is full as there's a tournament in the area. The manager keeps saying the hot water will be fixed. We've been here since 2 and still no hot water.

Didn't smell like it looks. Newer floor - probably because the stains wouldn't come out. Place for road crews to sleep.

We liked the convenience off of the highway. We did not like the wobbly showerhead and the water in the pool did not look clean. Paint on outside of door handle. The wall outlet was also loose. The biscuits were hard and not edible on the breakfast bar. We did enjoy the waffles.

check in took a long time. we finally got keys, looked at the room, and promptly turned the keys back in. this place was a dump. my kids kept saying it just felt sketchy...it felt unsafe and super run down. i dont know whatbit used to be, but now that its a hotel its gross!

This obviously an older hotel but they are working hard to maintain it. We would stay there again.

Friendly and helpful. Breakfast above average. Hair dryer not working. TV moderate. Clean bed comfy roomy room. Updated bath. Would stay again

I've been to this particular hotel several times and use to be in general ok health but this time it was a disgustingly damaged room. the ceiling had water damage, the toilet chain fell off and we had to fix it, the sink had crack damage running from top to bottom, the floor under the bed was not completed, the tub had to have a wash rag stuffed to soak, there was a hole in the wall behind the door in the bathroom, the only outlet you had was an extension cord attached to the side of a table, the security lock on the door was busted off.

My brother in law arrived first and checked in. Upon arriving at his room, he found lamps overturned, wet floor, broken mirror....basically his room was in disarray. The hotel staff did change his rooms upon request. We arrived a short time later and checked in. Our room wss decent but nothing was plugged in. The space that is usually hidden by the trim was completely open. You could see outside through the door trim. We decided to check out the pool. My wife abs kids hust jumped in but when I got to the pool, i noticed a thin film with bubbles in top layer of water in spots. I asked my daughter to see if the filtration jets were even on. They were barely working from what she said. We didnt feel safe and the hotel was very unsatisfying. We asked for a refund and the staff was incredibly rude. We contacted ******* and was told there was nothing they could do. We continued to argue our case and ended up with a refund on one room and a 50 dollar credit through *******. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. We srrived
