バスルームのシャワー調整はうまくいきません。

I recently stayed at the hotel and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The hotel is in dire need of renovation; it's old, smelly, and the equipment is poor. Hotel tried to use the essential oil to make the room have a fresher feel, but the musty smell combined with essential oil make it even worse. The facilities are outdated and many are broken. However, the saving grace was the acceptable breakfast and the hotel's convenient location. The gym was a major letdown, lacking proper equipment and maintenance. Considering the overall condition, the expensive price tag was unjustified. In addition, the floorplan of my rooms added to the inconvenience of my stay. Navigating through the poorly designed layout was cumbersome, making simple tasks feel unnecessarily complicated.

We stayed at the hotel for several nights in December 2023. The rooms were comfortable and well serviced. The location was very good, with several restaurants in the neighborhood. We were able to walk the very safe streers of Hanoi to Hoan Kiem Lake and many other points of interest from the hotel. But the OUTSTANDING thing to know about this hotel is that the staff consistently delivers excellent service. From the front desk to the breakfast room, you will be greeted with friendly smiles and a warm welcome. Thank you to everyone at the May de Ville Trendy Hotel, especially our lovely breakfast server, Anh Mai.

I went on a trip to Hanoi. The room is spacious and airy, sunset bar on the 13th floor where you can drink and smoke. The staff is very enthusiastic the receptionist and restaurant staff all took care of us very well. Highly recommended!

May De Ville City Centre- our best stay ever in Hanoi, Viet Nam! Thanks to GATE1 Travel that we had a chance to explore this great part of Hanoi city. This hotel locates in the heart of Hanoi’s business center, walking distance to it’s Stock Exchange building, Opera House, Trang Tien high end mall, and Louis Vuitton! And blocks to the Old town Pho Co and Ho Hoan Kiem. Our highlights were the abundance fresh fruits market, traditional Vietnamese restaurants like hand made banh cuon rolls and cha ca fish specialties, and best of all Bun Cha Hanoi Obama combo! just around the corner of May De Ville. Our sincere thanks go to all the hotel staffs for their excellent services, from lobby to room, to top roof bar, and to the delicious breakfast every morning! Excellent hotel in a central location. The rooms were comfortable and clean with a great view of the city from upper floors. There is a rooftop bar that also has excellent views. The staff were very friendly and professional. The breakfast was good and there was complimentary bottled water, tea and instant coffee in the rooms.
