When I checked in, my sheets had dirt on them, and so I asked to change rooms. They did move us to a room which appeared to have cleaner sheets. That night I realized that me bed had only a light sheet and an extremely light bed spread. I had a restless night of sleep but thought I would just get extra blankets for the next night. As I learned, there was supposed to be another blanket on the bed, it had just not been put on. I kindly asked for a blanket and was told they had given it and any other extras to other customers. Apparently all other rooms were occupied as well. There was no effort to fix the situation. I was basically told I was out of luck. So once again I was without a blanket at all. The stay was, without a doubt, the worst case of comfort and cleanliness I have experienced.
