The staff was stellar and so was the conference food quality. I have only have 2 criticisms. 1: You need to erect "Check-In" or "Lobby" signs from the highway entrances directing customers to the Lobby and the Conference entrances. 2: Because I am handicapped and use a mobility chair, I had problems getting from the hotel into the conference center because the exterior ramp was covered with the overnight snowfall which made me late to register for my conference. I recommend either erecting a roof over this ramp or installing a sub-concrete heating element that will melt snow as it falls. The staff was great in clearing the snow with a shovel and helping me get up the ramp, but this did not happen until after the conference registration time.

We couldn’t have had a better experience. Check-in was fast and efficient with excellent instructions on finding our rooms. We had a wonderful dinner at the hotel. The food and the service was outstanding. The next morning we had the delicious Sunday breakfast brunch and again delighted with terrific service.

This hotel does not have an elevator. My room was on the 2nd floor and there are 19 steps to get there. No bellhop either. Gal at the front desk was less than friendly. She did find someone (I believe it was a maintenance person) to help with bags after I explained that I could not carry everything. He was very kind.

Didnt get in till 11:30 pm, room was 59 deg F, could not get heat on. Staff came and set it, but 2:am was only 61 deg F. I finnaly fiquired it out and had room warmed up by 4:am. Left at 7: am and wont be back there again.

Second stay here and we love this place. Very comfortable, clean and professional. Will stay again!

Tv remote was difficult to use. Needs to be updated as streaming was not available

We liked the location, convenience to the Medical Building we had appointment at. We felt the breakfast ending at 9 AM was inconvenient and that there was no coffee available after that was unheard of. Needs some TLC to doors in the room.

The room was very clean & bed was comfortable. One of the biggest complaints would be about the tv. They are connected through directTV & about every 5-10 minutes the whole stay, it would go out of signal for a couple of minutes. Trying to relax at the end of a long day & watch tv made that pretty irritating. There was also some sort of event going on and it was pretty loud even around 11pm. The staff was very friendly and quick to check in and out. If they can figure out a better way to connect cable to the tv it would’ve been a much higher rating.

A little dated, but the price is good and its near to a lot of attractions.
