プールはとても素敵で、とても暖かかったです。良いレビューはこれで終わりです。部屋は狭く、眺めが非常に遮られていました。石鹸もシャンプーもないホテルに泊まったのは初めてでした。でも、ボディローションが1つあったので、掃除が不十分だとわかりました。スタッフはとても失礼で役に立たなかった。部屋のプラグイン式の電話充電器を、使えるものと交換するよう頼みました。それは決して来ませんでした。翌朝再び電話して頼んだとき、新しいものを渡してくれませんでした。チェックイン時に物をなくし、頼んだところ、遺失物取扱所は紛失物を整理しているようで、閉まっていました。10時間以上3回電話を試みましたが、応答がありませんでした。その後、フロントのスタッフと話をしましたが、誰も適切に助けてくれませんでした。ハウスキーピングにも連絡が取れませんでした。礼儀正しくもありませんでした!! プールサイドのレストランは午後9時45分まで営業していると言われましたが、9時前に閉まりました。このスタッフは礼儀正しかったです。

4時に部屋に入るはずだったのですが、サービスが遅すぎて、部屋の準備ができたのは7時頃でした。子供はがっかりしていましたし、プールに入った時にはタオルがないと言われました。

ハリソン ホットスプリングスでの素晴らしい滞在 !家からそれほど遠くない完璧な休暇でした。温泉は素晴らしいですね！非常に立地が良く、ウォーターフロントにあり、多くのレストランやブテ​​ィックにも近い。

全体的には良いです。ホテルは少し古いです。部屋の広さは良いです。温泉は混みすぎます。水が十分に熱くありません。

館内には温泉もあり環境はとても良いです！ホテルのサービスも良く、値段も安くないです！しかし、リゾートはほぼこんな感じです。

Nice and clean place to go, the view around was awesome, leaving great memory with friends here and had a great hot spring experience!

We come and stay here whenever we are in the area. Beautiful lake.

The lobby and its fireplace is nice but guest room is a bit old and may need to be renovated or upgraded. The hot spring offers both indoor and outdoor pools and ONLY guests can enjoy the pool, be aware that the pool is NOT open to non-hotel guest. One strange thing is the hotel won’t accept cash as deposit, you must have a cc or debit card to do your check in, is it right?

I had to cancel my reservation because something unexpectedly came up. Hotel management refused to refund me.

On the whole, it was a good stay as the room is clean, service is good and location.is by the lake. Just the hotel is abit aged.

Found a good deal on a week day so we decided to go for the first time. I had heard good reviews about the hotel so I was excited. Stayed at the heritage tower, it was literally ‘heritage’… you could call it very vintage/ chic style but in other words it hasn’t been updated since early 1900… all the doors inside the room were squeaky, the bathroom door didn’t close properly since it looks like it has been painted many times, luckily there was a heater but the room is not sound-proof so every time someone walked above or below us, we could hear very clearly… some spots on the floor were uneven. The staff were friendly.  We went there to sit and relax in the pool but it was crowded and people were taking loud everywhere. Turned out that the outside of the hotel was a lot quieter and the scenery was beautiful and peaceful. The restaurant ‘Cooper Restaurant’ was probably the  best part of our stay. The foods were good and they had a jazz band which was great. If you are planning to stay there I would recommend the other towers ( assuming they are newer buildings.)

1. **Bathtub Issue**: The bathtub stopper got stuck after being pressed down and could not be fixed. I called the reception multiple times but no one answered. Eventually, I had to go down to the reception in person to report the issue. Although I was told it would be taken care of, no one came even after an hour and a half of waiting. In the end, we had no choice but to drain the bathtub ourselves and take a shower standing in it, which was very inconvenient and frustrating. 2. **Coffee Machine Issue**: The coffee machine provided in the room was extremely inefficient. It took almost half an hour just to brew a single cup of coffee, which is unacceptable for a hotel standard. These issues made my experience very unpleasant, and I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided. I sincerely hope your hotel will take this matter seriously and improve your facilities and service to avoid future guests facing the same problems.
