Fantastic, clean and big room, Padma is the best host ever 😊

Great sleep from good mattress and no noise no cigarettes no odors not much of a breakfast. At 8 am just coffee and a couple if sweet rolls. Some guest came to the breakfast and went to front desk and complained so they brought out more sweet rolls abd bananas and more milk for cereal. Mc Donald's here we come!

How is this building still standing? How is this place still operational? How hasn’t Super 8 shut this location down or the health department shut it down? The card lock on the exterior door does not lock. The stairs feel like they’re barely hanging on. The a/c unit looks like there mold inside the vents. The tile in the flooring is cracks. Nothing seems level. Do not feel comfortable storing clothing inside of drawers. The a/c freezes over. When unplug it looks like the plug is about burned up. Avoid this place!!

The play was disgusting dirt drug infested you could walk the hall and smell the pot from the rooms. It was more like something that would charge by the hour then have tourists from anywhere. Plus the discriminated against people with disabilities

Do not stay here!!! I repeat do not EVER stay here. Think of a hotel horror movie. One staff guy mumbled at check in. No clue what he said. One bath towel for 2 people. Had to go get more. Outside doors do not lock. Rooms were disgusting. No desk chair. Probably in evidence locker someplace. Questionable people coming and going. They may rent by the hour here. Hotel was way overpriced. Bathroom was disgusting as you can see. Breakfast was not existent as staff said this was all the owner would put out. Coffee, questionable cereal with bugs, some very old packaged danishes. No toast though they had a toaster. No juices and warm milk. Do not believe the possible paid reviews on this hotel. Even the staff said the place was disgusting, run down and awful. If the staff says it you know it must be bad. We only stayed as we were in a non-refundable room. Starbucks is across the street and they were not too friendly there either :) At least some of the staff at the hotel was truthful. Super 8 needs to have their name removed from this location. I honestly have never stayed in such an awful Super 8.

Super 8 “Wyndham” located at 1539 E. Sumner St, Hartford WI did not have ANY of the amenities stated. I believe it would be in your “best interests” to do a walkthrough because this place is unsafe and your name is on it. After I forward the police report and pictures I have taken as evidence to the Hartford building inspector on Monday February 27, 2023 this Wyndham Hotel will be shutdown. Reach out to Mr. David Watch so he can show you all the code violations that needs to be repaired before the Hotel can be reopened.The Manager Debbi said her vacuum started on fire using the same outlet. The maintenance man David said the outlet in my room is not to code and most of the building is not to code either. The owner “Padma Patel” of the Wyndham Hotel is liable for the fire that happened in our room. The fire destroyed my 2022 MacBook Pro, Epson ET-4760 printer, about $100 in food and medical bills. Many thanks to Wyndham cooperate office and Tami Mohammed at the AmericInn that took us in. This is a 5-star hotel and we feel safe here. Thank you :)

Front desk was very helpful with check in. Couldn’t find a dog sitter last minute and had to bring our pure breed pit with. Only charged 16$ extra per night which was very helpful. (Most Wyndham’s are pet friendly) no elevator access which was kind of a struggle for my handicapped family members but they made it work. The rooms were nice and big. We got the king bed suites. There is no breakfast in the morning still due to “Covid policies” there’s a sign in that area. Overall the stay was good and would stay here again.

Rooms are not clean, non-smoking rooms are stenched of smoking, bathroom were unsanitary, and room keys tend to not work. I guess it what you get for the price you pay, but after this stay I'd just recommend paying extra for a decent stay.

Last minute accommodation. Came to Hartford for a friends wedding and everything was booked up. Went better than expected. Room was clean and Spacious. Working fridge and relieves iron with lots of channels. They could’ve had a bigger tv however.

Motel is in need of renovation both inside and out. When the bathroom light was turned on, the vent fan sounded like a jet engine. The air conditioner ran all night and would not shut off. The clerk at check in did not speak English. Some sketchy looking patrons appeared to live at the motel full time. Super 8 by Wyndham needs to look at this location. I have stayed at many Super 8 Motel locations and this location is absolutely the worst

In need of updating and repairs. Booking said breakfast was included but clerk said no breakfast. Carpets have tears and in need of cleaning or replacement. Very dark in rooms even with lights on. Plumbing fixtures need some repair were functioning but not 100 percent.

we will never stay there again room was dirty and smelly. couch was old of there of there and worn out. the add said there was breakfast there was none, no food juice or coffee. we couldn't get out of there fast enough. we would have been better off sleeping in the car. worst place we ever stayed at. never again. couldn't sleep. terrible experience..

Hotel was clean and smelled decent. The hotel had an abundance fast food and stores around to shop and eat.Workers were very nice and always helpful. I would definitely stay at b this location again in future!
