ハートヤイのバスターミナルから徒歩圏内で、人気の飲食店も近くにあり、アクセス面で便利でした。 部屋は必要な設備がすべて揃っていて清潔感ありました。また泊まりたいです。

ひどい状況でした。11月20日から24日までの宿泊を予約していましたが、11月22日の朝にハートヤイで洪水が発生しました。ホテル周辺の道路が冠水し、ホテルには水道、電気、食料が供給されていませんでした。このままでは滞在できず、22日の朝にチェックアウトせざるを得ませんでした。残りの2泊分の宿泊料金を返金してもらえるかマネージャーに尋ねたところ、マネージャーは責任を問われず、Trip.comに問い合わせるように言われ、無視され続けました。（当時、ロビーには数十人の宿泊客がいて、ホテルから出て帰宅する方法を探していました。**ホテルは空港までのルート案内や電気、食料、水の提供は一切しませんでした。**）その後、車の鍵をフロントに預け、レンタカー会社に電話して車をここに預けるように頼みました（ホテルに返却する約束をしました）。マネージャーはすぐに私たちの言葉を遮り、「早く車を取りに来るように伝えてください。ここは駐車場ではありません。車が沈んでも責任は負いません」と失礼な口調で言いました。お客様の電話を遮るなんて、本当に失礼でした。私たちはまだお客様です。24日に部屋を予約したのですから、車をそこに置いておく権利はあるのでしょうか？追い払われることもありませんでした。 ホテルを出た後、Trip.comに電話しました。彼らは喜んで対応し、状況を理解してくれました。しかし、問題はB2の本社が対応を拒否したことでした。そこで私たち自身で本社に電話しました。彼らは、たとえお客様の責任ではない災害であっても、いかなる返金や補償も行わないという方針だと、何度も繰り返しました。 他のホテルや企業は被災者を助けようとしましたが、B2は自社の顧客さえ助けようとしませんでした。B2の方針は顧客に全く同情心がなく、顧客を食い物にしていました。彼らは顧客からお金を奪い、それで終わりでした。 B2支店を全て退社します。

部屋は少し古く、ベッドも古いです。枕はとても薄いので、枕の下にタオルを敷く必要があります。宿泊する場合は、自分のタオルを持参した方が良いでしょう。

国内で洪水警戒レベルが引き上げられたため、予約全体のキャンセルを依頼しましたが、できませんでした。部屋は一度も利用されませんでした。交通機関が状況が非常に悪いため旅行のキャンセルを要請したという証拠を提示しても、拒否されました。このホテルを予約する前に、もう一度よく考えてください。誠実さも顧客の気持ちも全く考えていません。

洪水のため滞在を延長しました。枕にはシミがあり、床には髪の毛が落ちていました。冷蔵庫は機能していません。照明がちらついています。エアコンの首振り機能も機能していません。部屋にはゴミ箱がトイレに1つしかありませんでした。

ダイアナモールの近くに位置し、徒歩圏内です。 アセアンナイトバザールとセントラルフェスティバルモールまでは車で8分以内です。 ハラールフードも簡単に見つかります。広々としたお部屋はご家族連れに最適です。ホテルのすぐ前にはアマゾンカフェがあります。お車でお越しの場合は、ホテル周辺に無料駐車場がたくさんあります。👍🏻

混雑のためここに泊まる機会すらなく、あの国で起こったことの後でこのホテルが返金してくれないのでとてもがっかりしました。お金を無駄にしただけで、このホテルを予約してとても悪い経験でした。

The hotel is centrally located, which is very convenient. I booked a three-bed room, but the space felt slightly cramped, particularly for Muslim travellers who wish to perform prayers. The bathroom was average. Toothbrushes are not provided, so guests are advised to bring their own, although a hair dryer is available. Overall, the stay was satisfactory, with mixed feelings.

Last minute booking and good deal for triple room which is hard to find in other hotel. Amazon cafe right in front of hotel, a famous restaurant located right opposite the hotel and near to Diana Complex too...just the room cleanliness can be better (no dustbin given in the room and just a small dustbin placed in shower room)...staff helped to change the blanket after complaining on the stain spot found...onsite parking availabe and overall considered comfortable stay and will reconsider booking again...

Check-in was swift and efficient, setting a positive tone immediately. We particularly appreciated the friendly and professional nature of the staff, whose local knowledge and eagerness to assist contributed significantly to the pleasant and smooth start of our holiday. The room we occupied was spacious, modern, and immaculately clean, providing a quiet, relaxing sanctuary after a long day of sightseeing. The essential amenities met our needs perfectly, especially the reliable, ice-cold air conditioning—an absolute necessity in the tropical heat of Hat Yai—and the comfortable, well-maintained bedding, which ensured a great night's sleep for all of us. Housekeeping was consistently prompt and thorough. Given the combination of exceptional value, a strategic central location, and reliable comfort for a family break, the B2 Hat Yai Premier Hotel is an excellent choice and one we would highly recommend to fellow travelers.

Service by the staff hotel was good. It is strategic place where nearest to every place I went to. There’s also new outlet of Cafe Amazon in front of the hotel & food restaurant beside the hotel, it was a great idea to open there.
