「You may choose any other hotel nearby with excellent service, cleaner and most interesting cheaper than this. This hotel has a prime location, unfortunately, overshadowed by the poor customer service at the front desk.
The front desk staff displayed a lack of professionalism and courtesy. Most seemed disinterested in assisting guests, showing no smile or warmth throughout the interaction. Their impatience and unhelpful attitude were disappointing.
I noticed the same unfriendly behavior toward other guests as well, indicating a deeper issue with the team’s training or attitude.」
「The hotel stay was pleasant, from checking in to checking out we had no issues. The owner of the hotel was very accommodating and friendly. Overall, clean room and nicely decorated. One of the best budget hotel that we've stayed thus far! If you come with car, there's a reserve parking in front of the hotel.」
SSyakir_UzairHotel is good, already came here previously for the cafe but could not managed to book a room due to full. This time I got it. It is nearby to town and not so crowded area. Room and hotel is pretty. Good for a stay cation, relaxing on weekend and honeymoon. Just a reminder there are no lift available for elderly or disable. Water heater could be improved since it is very hard to get hot water. Almost none at all.
匿匿名ユーザーMalaysian to visits Hatyai, I'm suggesting you to stay here. The hotel is located at calm area (besides, there is Bangkok hospital nearby, but the ambulance siren is rarely hear). The room is biggest with balcony, fridge, wardrobe, tv, table, mirror and etc. Comfort bed, freezing aircooler. The staffs are friendly. Walking distance to nomjeen na Halal restaurant, amazon cafe, the biggest 7e in hatyai also big C extra supermarket. I really2 satisfied with this hotel staycation. Do book here.
ゲゲストRoom and toilet is big.
There are no shelf for toiletries or hooks to hang your clothes in the toilet.
No shower screen or curtain.
There are Pub and eatery just outside the hotel, very convenient.
Llaosnewhorizons** A Simple Stay**
Nestled in the heart of the city, the Hotel offers a modest retreat for travelers seeking basic accommodations without the frills. During my recent stay, I found the hotel to be adequate but lacking any notable extravagance.
Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth, and the staff were courteous, albeit not overly attentive. The lobby exuded a functional charm, with minimalistic decor and seating areas that served their purpose without much flair.
As I made my way to the room, I noticed the corridors were clean but somewhat dated, reflecting the hotel's unassuming character. The room itself was spacious enough for a comfortable stay, albeit with furnishings showing signs of wear and tear. The bed, while not luxurious, provided a decent night's sleep, and the linens were clean.
One of the notable aspects of the hotel was its cleanliness; the housekeeping staff did a commendable job of maintaining tidiness throughout my stay. However, the absence of complimentary meals or even a breakfast option was disappointing, especially for travelers looking for convenience.
In terms of amenities, the hotel offered the essentials: Wi-Fi, a television, and a functional bathroom with soap. While these amenities sufficed for my short stay, they may fall short for guests expecting more modern conveniences or recreational facilities.
Overall, the Hotel is a budget-friendly option for travelers seeking a no-frills accommodation option in a convenient location. While it may not dazzle with luxury or amenities, it provides a decent, albeit unremarkable, place to rest one's head after a day of exploring the city.
