Clean and safe. A little bit far to get food from other restaurant. But quite compare to those near by the airport. Breakfast is standard.

Great stay. Will stay again next time in area.

The staff at check in was wonderful. Very friendly. The room was clean but it had a strong smell of bleach. At first we thought that it was due to cleaning but later realized that there was mold growing in the bathroom on the bottom and it was probably sprayed with bleach to kill it. We were woken up at 6:30am by people laughing and talking very loudly. Tried making coffee in the room, but the coffee machine was broken, the water came out of the bottom and flooded the counter. Breakfast was okay, but only decaf was available around 8:45am during breakfast. Overall the stay was okay, but definitely not great as you would expect from a Holiday Inn. The best thing was the check in staff.

Very comfortable stay. Quiet. Pleasant employees both the Saturday night time check in gentleman and the Sunday morning kind lady. The breakfast person also was lovely. Very clean and bright. Liked the Dove bath products. Wish the breakfast omelets had cheese. But honestly a fantasic stay.

I’ve stayed in this hotel many times, and while it was always comfortable and economic, this time was somewhat disappointing. The beds were still comfortable, but the bathroom ceiling light was not working, there was no bar soap to make taking a bath easier than reaching up for the liquid soap, which ran out during our stay. I also think there should be another mirror in the room besides the bathroom. The breakfasts were good, but they never did get the hot chocolate in the week I was there, which was promised.

Upon checking in, the staff was very unfriendly and not courteous. He did not give any information involving amenities, wifi, food service. He didn’t even tell us our room number, just handed us the key and told us it was down one of the hallways. We will not be returning to this Holiday Inn.

Furthermore, I was disappointed to find that the mattresses in my room were dirty. It's essential for hotels to maintain cleanliness standards, especially when it comes to their bedding. Additionally, the housekeeping staff didn't seem very friendly or accommodating during my stay. Lastly, I encountered an issue with my key card not working the next day of my stay. This was quite inconvenient as it meant I had to go through the hassle of getting a new key card and potentially delayed my plans for the day. Overall, my experience at the Holiday Inn Express fell short of my expectations, primarily due to the car break-in incident, dirty mattresses, unfriendly housekeeping, and malfunctioning key card. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and implements necessary improvements to ensure a more enjoyable stay for future guests."
