Très moyen, chambre propre calme, petit déjeuner très frugal qui ne contient presque rien d'intéressant. pas de climatisation ni de chauffage qui fonctionnent !!! Avec des températures à -4 , personnel gentil mais y avait une jeune fille qui n'était pas très accueillante et ne disait pas bonjour , situation excentrée dans un quartier qui n'est pas touristique en plus desservi par le métro 13 qui est presque toujours plein ! Il faut un temps assez long pour rejoindre Paris.

I left an item behind and contacted the hotel to get it back. They told me it would be 60 Euros to mail it. I responded asking to be sure the item was even there. They did not respond. When I complained with Ibis, the hotel responded they sent the item with the next touring company. I said they had no right or permission to do so and I didnt know who it had been sent with. Then they said they could send for a fee. They still have not verified that they have the item, and when I asked how to send the money they did not answer. Ibis corporate has not responded either.

Un hotel essenziale dotato di tutto ciò che possa servire. Ottima rapporto qualità prezzo, la struttura si trova a due minuti dalla metro, ben collegato. Buona la colazione inclusa, peccato mancassero le uova. Camera piccolina, se siete di grandi dimensioni avrete qualche difficoltà, le camere venivano pulite ogni giorno ma le pulizie non sono il loro punto forte. Ci ritornerei

Very good: very quite at rooms because it was turned on the park side. But problem is isolation from WC because you can hear everything from there. Stuf was very polite. Also good: shop and metro station are 5 minutes walking from the hotel. Rooms was very clean, but small.

Almost horror in connection with the 187 eur paid. Room somewhere half below groundfloor; luckily the shower cabin was quite new, but the bedsheets not that white. The price charged was an offense to what you can call value for money. Otherwise classic Ibis breakfast.

Great location!! The room was very clean, shower was great and cleaned everyday. The metro was less than a 2 minute walk away and goes straight to Champs Elysee and Moulin Rouge. The staff were friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again

For what we paid this is a great hotel. Clean and functional, the rooms are a bit tight but all you're doing is sleeping there. It was realiy warm for october and the Air conditioning wasnt working, not a big deal for me i could open my window. My friend however couldn't and found it too warm. Its close to the metro for getting around and close to the supermarket and a lovely litttle bakery. Would have maybe liked a safe in my room but thats personal preference.

All comments quite accurate so far! Good points: great location near metro station, calm area, supermarkets…. Our air con wasn’t working but they changed our room without too much hassle. Bad points: both vending machines and microwave out of service!! Bit of a coincidence, all three machines out of order at the same time? Is it to discourage people to eat in their rooms?
