The location of the hotel was just fine as it was very close to the tram and a grocery store right next door, which was very convenient. Staff is mostly friendly. And we did have a nice view of the Eiffel Tower from our room. However, beware that the rooms are EXTREMELY SMALL. It's really just a place to sleep at night. My main complaint is that this hotel is under renovation and if you want to sleep past 8am, DO NOT STAY HERE. The first morning we stayed here the workers were already on the scaffolding outside our window at 6:30am then they started hammering at 7:30am. We complained to the manager later that morning and she immediately spoke to the workers to remind them not to start working until after 9am, which we appreciated. However, the next morning, we started hearing drilling literally right above our room at 8am. It was so loud and so close that I thought I was about to see the drill come through our ceiling. It was so ridiculous that we just had to laugh. This went on for an hour or so. Needless to say, we were all up and no way we were able to go back to sleep. The next few days during our stay we consistently heard hammering every morning starting at 8ish. I really wanted to go to another hotel, but we just tolerated it since we were out most of the day until night time anyway. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DON'T STAY HERE WHILE IT'S STILL UNDER RENOVATION. By the way, the hotel's pictures and description reflects a double bed and a bunk bed. Our room in fact had a double bed and a single Murphy bed instead of a bunk bed, which means, there was even less space to move around once that Murphy bed is down. I had hoped it was a bunk bed like the pictures showed as it would've allowed more space in the room, but it wasn't. Was a bit disappointed about that too.

This property is under re construction/ remodeling. We did check in and in the rooms the smell of paint was horrible. We left this hotel inmediatly, book another one and still I am waiting for my reimbursement. Nothing similar to the photos when I booked thw hotel through *******. This was as recent as last June 12, 2023.

très déçue par la chambre. Ayant fait le choix du prix moins élevé. je préférerai mettre un mottant plus important Couette comportant des taches. Manquait un oreiller, une serviette. Cependant une équipe a reactive Venant pour raison médicale, ce fut un sejour mediocre pour une nuit. je ne réitèrerai pas l'expérience

I’d recommend avoiding this hotel. They overbooked their hotel and informed me I had no where to stay 2 hours before check in. I had paid in advance and had to wait multiple days for a refund. Being stranded in Paris as you get on your flight in the worst position to be in, this hotel had no empathy for their actions and completely unprofessional to do this to 2 hours prior to check in, especially seeing as they had already taken my money. I ended up having to book a new hotel while boarding my flight and covering the cost difference myself. I am lucky I had savings to help manage, but a lot of people aren’t as lucky and their holiday would be ruined. Stay away, will never book an Ibis again.

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti in questo hotel a Châtillon. La struttura è ben posizionata:l'albergo è di fronte alla fermata del tram che in pochi minuti conduce alla metro e di lì a Parigi. Appena fuori c'è un supermercato e a pochi minuti a piedi c'è il centro di chatillon, piccolo centro alle porte di Parigi ben tenuto. La struttura è molto semplice: le camere sono piccole, senza un armadio e quindi abbastanza scomode per chi viaggia più giorni con la famiglia (non sapendo dove sistemare gli abiti). Non c'è una stanza separata per il bagno, nel senso che c'è un unico ambiente (doccia e wc, però, ovviamente sono chiuse ognuna da una porta). La pulizia è molto buona. In conclusione: comodo, pulito, ma molto semplice
