在茂宜島租賃這公寓式酒店，非常不錯，空間夠大，非常方便。

property location to beach and shopping was good. pool and grounds good. unit had potential but lacked maintenances and cleanliness. washer and dryer not working.shower left puddle on bathroom floor. dishwasher suspect. sliding door to lanai malfunctioning lock. sliding screen to lanai did NOT slide. floor o dirty it left feet black. unit needed TLC.

The stay was great. We had great access to the beach across the street. Everything was pretty much within walking distance to the condo. We felt like we were at home.

The property was very nice, the room needed updates, there were broken and loose floor tiles and the floors were filthy. They ask you to remove your shoes but the floors were so dirty walking in socks or bare foot meant having black feet/socks. The resort was good about addressing other concerns we had but because it’s an owner situation there wasn’t much they could do. But I ended up having to clean the floors myself it was so bad, not something I wanted to do on vacation. Plus we had portable air conditioners which none of them worked so we just ended up opening as many windows as we could and keeping the fans provided going. But it was good that we couldn’t use one air conditioner as it was installed to vent out on the lanai, which would have made using that a not pleasant experience. We did have a good view, partial ocean, mountain and garden. Was an easy walk to the beach which was beautiful, lots of close by shopping and restaurants. Had a full kitchen so that was great and access to grills and picnic, only could have used better kitchen utensils for cooking and preparing meals (better knives, cutting boards, mixing bowls, etc) but we made due and had a good time.

Overcharged at property despite providing proof of receipt and charged. Desk agent unprofessional rude unfriendly uncooperative. Attempted to resolve over billing issue upon checkout same agent (stated he was the manager) refused to acknowledge my receipt and the actual charge should have been less. Unit was dirty. Hairs in bathroom and floors. Extremely dusty under all furniture. Tv in bedroom not functioning. Adjacent to elevator extremely loud. Strong chemical odor upon entering the unit. Cleaning chemicals may have accidentally been combined by cleaning staff, toxic air. Street noise significant. Poor location if one requires quiet peaceful environment.

from the well groomed grounds to the pool to the beautiful room, this was by far the best condo we have stayed in. Easy access in and out of the resort, beach right across the street, close to town, sidewalks in good condition for walking into town. Wide variety of food choices and two grocery stores nearby. We will definitely be coming back here

Our condo's kitchen was wonderful and stocked with dishes & appliances for us to cook whatever we wanted and we did, just that. Nice to have the option to cook or go out. We also appreciated the personal touches in the condo and would request the same one, as soon as we can return. Security does need to be beefed up and more cameras put in place.

The property was really nice. Can walk into to town across the street from the beach. Down falls were few. We got in verlate to check girl at the desk was not helpful or friendly. We could not find the open wntry when we called to ask for help( we were in the syreet) she stated refer to the email sent and hung up. We needed to go one entrance down. Lidia helped us out a few day later and was so sweet friendly and helpful. Showing the true aloha sprit. Over all we would stay again. Loved tje location
