コーブ ヘイブン リゾート(Cove Haven Resort)

The property was secluded but it is very outdated. It is in need of renovations and updated activities.

Overall a very enjoyable experience. Lots of good people who genuinely care about their job and satisfaction of the guests. Room was clean however could use some TLC but by all means not bad. Food could definitely use some work especially for the prices but once again it was terrible. It was a great experience and I think it has great potential to get even better. My fiance and I had a wonderful time celebrating our 4 year anniversary.

We stayed at the champagne sweet for our honeymoon for a weekend and it was such a wonderful time. Everyone was so friendly and the staff was so accommodating. I cannot wait to go back again.

Overall it’s a great place lots of fun great service great environment to get away but unfortunately housekeeping didn’t clean the bathroom properly alots of hair mold around and in the jacuzzi fridge was rusted inside. Otherwise it was fun

The service was terrible , the rooms was not cleaned, no blankets , you have to call to ask blankets It happened in 2 rooms Overpriced we’ve paid 315 $ per each Juliette room

we recived a old room with unfunction fridge with a broken bed. we cant sleep all night and we come in 8am to reception to ask for change room nobody contact us till 12 when we come again and then they dod a favor for us and change the room

This place is amazing the staff was awesome they really made you feel at home the room was amazing clean and so cozy I would recommend to include your dinner when booking the place was beautiful with live entertainment while you eat the food was amazing I would definitely recommend this place I didnt want to leave they have all kinds of activities for you to do i will definitely be going back

The Champagne suite was quite interesting, for the price I expected that it would have been cleaned for guests to arrive. The linens barely covered the bed, there were holes throughout the room, areas missing in the drop ceiling which were concerning and soiled ceiling tiles. The bathroom was not very clean which was concerning. The price did match the quality.
