Premier Inn London Hayes North

Never Again. I’ve been going to this Premier Inn for years, visiting my family locally. The lack of upkeep, cleanliness and elderly state of this hotel is really showing. The walls are full of mildew and has been painted over so many times, it’s embarrassing. The venue around the corner which has just opened has put the cherry in the cake for me. A big party and wedding venue, parties continuing in the hotel rooms, people running around the corridor, slamming doors, parties in rooms, banging in the room doors in the middle of the night. Nightmare. The reception was called several times and did come up to our room but we were not able to move away from the noise. We were frightened to sleep with the banging on our door and my fighter had nightmares the rest of our stay. I do not believe this is a one off event due to the venue being within walking distance. I will be travelling further when visiting the area from Lincolnshire to see my family.

Excellent Staffing. Good food the rooms are cleaned as well I would definitely recommend this hotel to my manager at work oftentimes they're looking for rooms that they can use for business meeting and family as well I really do enjoy my stay here and the food was very very good

The room was clean and comfy enough. Also the location suited us. The let down was we had paid for a twin room and paid extra for 2 single beds. We ended up getting the sofa bed set up so wasn’t impressed. I also think the parking should be included.

Her professional attitude in managing our complaint has not only resolved our concerns but also reinforced our trust in the company. Her efficient complaint handling, excellent communication skills, and unwavering commitment to maintaining our trust have left a lasting impression.

Amazing staff as always. Mackenzie and Gloria was very helpful upon check in with directions. I stay here regularly for business and the staff always deliver a great service even under pressure. Highly recommend the staff to have a second person on shift especially on Mondays every time I check in it is so busy.

Amazingly comfortable beds, staff are incredibly helpful any time of the day/night, ideal room sizes with big TV's, heating/air conditioning system is great, clean bathrooms, tap water quality is good + plugs you can use, unlike a travelodge for example.

After waiting over 15 min to check in, think there were IT issues and problems with the rooms being ready, but our first receptionist just stood there staring at the computer and only interaction or comment was"I'm moving your room, but the computer seems to really be moving it" as an indication of what the delay was, got 2 keys but no apology for the wait. Then went to open the room and as we did there was a lady sat at the desk in the room and a man coming out of the bathroom. We apologised and I went to reception to find out what happened and my wife waited there incase they just wrote the room number wrong. But then the male occupant came out and started on my wife asking how we got into their room, she explained but felt frightened so came to me stairs. The other receptionist gave me 2 new keys again after a IT delay, but not a hint of an apology, just "oh" when I told get what happened. Given the security issues with the hotel I felt I had to store my computer in my car overnight and removed all valuables from the room as we were out all evening.

The room was great, the bed was so comfy and the hotel was so clean. There are no lifts but luckily i was only on the first floor. I was so excited to get a good night's sleep until the fire alarm went off at 3am and kept stopping and ringing for about half an hour. Many of us on the floor went down to try and get this resolved but there were no staff members present. This greatly inconvenienced my quality of sleep and i am so disappointed.

Hotel is full of complete local hooligans car park is targeted by thieves nightly..all staff of foreign decent and our extremely difficult to communicate with..extremely noisy hotel with thin walls..no tv volume barriers doors slamming all night and partys going on around hotel with no resistance from staff what so ever
