Just what I wanted. Quiet, clean motel at a very good price. I do not need or use a hot tub, exercise room, business room or big lobby so happy to not have to pay for those. Beds were comfortable with nice cozy duvets that kept us warm without running the heater even though a chilly 42 degrees outside during the night. Right off Hwy 101 so convenient access but no traffic noise. Friendly efficient staff. Blocks to downtown and Russian River. Newly renovated so floors, beds, microwave, fridge, TV all new. Freshly painted inside and out. Grounds immaculate. Free parking and WiFi, too. Perfect.

The hotel is very close to downtown Healdsburg and a short walk to all downtown has to offer. The price is a bit steep for the condition of the property and room. The door no longer has a working chain lock. Two of the lights were damaged or not working (left side of the.bed and the closet). The hotel is in a serious need for renovation, including landscaping and painting. The bed was comfortable and the in-room jacuzzi tub was nice. The shower products, especially the bar soap, were cheap. We would definitely stay again, but would need to find a better deal.

For the cost it was a great stay. Bed was great it was clean. I work stay again.

The hotel room overall is clean and fairly well maintained. The chair in our room was broken and not usable. The room was comfortable and quiet for a one night stay.

This place is actually a small motel (30 rooms or so) facing the freeway and freeway noise is heard outside, but not in my room which was in the back upstairs of the motel. No elevators - so anyone with mobility issues will need to deal with stairs. Room was ok. Mini fridge, microwave, and single cup Keurig coffeemaker in room. Bedspread was stained but sheets were clean as were floors and counters. Had a king bed in room which was about the size of a standard motel room. Location is in town, and a short drive to restaurants.

The Wi-Fi was terrible. Which made my son very grumpy. Aside from a stain on the bedspread the room appeared clean, but the room smelled like curry. The walls were thin, and on our second night, the noise from the rowdy bachelorette party next door coming through the adjoining door Was a bit much. Too far away from the main shops for walking, but I was thankful that there was a Market next store to grab a few necessities. The cheap microwave has a rotating dial so you’re really just guessing on how long your food is in there unless you set a timer. The refrigerator froze. My salads so I had to re-purchase food the next day. I would call this elevated camping. Just not what I was expecting given the reviews

The room was clean and spacious, but the tiny soaps were awful and barely lathered and there was only a "conditioning shampoo" instead of shampoo and conditioner. The hand lotion also smelled sour, not sure if we got a bad one or if that is the norm, but we had to throw it out.

checked in late, receptionist was very accommodating. Room with double queen was clean and tidy. No complaints for the 1 night stay.

The desk staff were extremely helpful in recommending food and tasting rooms. Property was clean, quiet, and in a great location.
