Nicely appointed hotel. Rooms are clean and modern. Shower pressure is good. Pretty views and location is quiet. Overall, staff were professional, helpful and attentive. Only problem is that breakfast stopped at 10:am but was down at 9:45am but all the food and breakfast selection was removed- they were rushing to close up and prepare for lunch. So maybe better to say “last serving for breakfast at 9:30am”, instead of “breakfast until 10:00.

I used to stay at Pullman during the first years it opened. Today, the lobby is cold, the Christmas tree is small and ugly (not like it used to be), carts with packages and boxes everywhere, the rooms have not been touched up for maintenance. The surrounding area has been gated so access to the lake is difficult, the neighborhood around it is lonely, dark and poorly maintained. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed. I would discard the hotel from my short vacay options in the future.

Comfortable, spacious and neat. We enjoyed fantastic views of the waterfront, was well within walking distance of the shopping district and was pleased with the gym and executive lounge facilities on offer.

The only negative point was the room. It was not the standard what I expect from this kind of hotel. Lamps was fixed with silicone. The rain shower was not working. Beside those issues, the hotel was top.
