No tv in certain rooms, checked the mattress and it had ********* on it and a blue pill under the covers.. no bathroom door in our room, no shower nob to cut on the shower only bath… random **** asked were we suppose to be here

On check in one the clerks family members was yelling for her. They were remodeling rooms.The signs on the doors said "UNSAFE". Not an inviting look. And there was NO HOT WATER in my room, which I only discovered when trying to shower in the morning.

The property was very unsafe, undesirables around the property.
No locks in riom, no mirror, temporary beds, no microwave, no towels and staff arguing with me when towels were requested.
Please please please remove them from your site!!!!

The hotel check in process was somewhat simple and the lady was very lovely. The disappointment happened when finding out the room I was given had no microwave, and the peephole on the door was completely missing. Nor to mention one of the construction workers walked into my room and also when I was not in the room they also helped themselves and came into the room. Feeling completely unsafe and violated I will never stay here again, this is the first time I've ever experienced something like this and I've stayed at plenty of hotels in the passed.

The motel is condemned by the health department and is in very poor condition, and not suited for family stay in Hemet. I am requesting a refund because me and my family never stayed at this awful place. The whole place needs to be torn down and rebuilt. Not worth $89.00 and I see as a scam.
